Menu Drink menu. Italian is misspelled twice!

What can you say? First thing I ordered was a Sprite. Sorry all out. Ok. Didn't offer beer/wine. Perhaps server was under age? Check out the spelling of Italian on the drink menu. Ordered Eggplant Polatini for appetizer. Got southwest egg rolls ! What? Sent back and did get it right. Food was decent. I checked the menus and signage. NOTHING noted about a charge for using credit/debit card. But, I've been fooled here once before. So I brought Cash. Bill is given to me and shows a Convenience Charge. This is lame. I brought my cash to the register and stated I was using cash. She said ok and still stated the full amount. I said no, I am paying cash, no Convenience Charge. Deer in the headlights look. She had to ask what to do. Bill was then discounted. But really, is it legal to charge 4% for convenience charge that you are Not told about in advance?

Excited about having a new Italian and pizza option for Rincon! The staff was polite warm and welcoming when I arrived. There are plenty of seating options to eat-in here but they are also well suited for takeout. Ordering food, I probably made a mistake, this place is setup mostly for pizza it seams and the pizza options are impressive and what I saw at other tables looked amazing. I will try pizza next time I stop here. I started with a "shrimp appetizer", this did not meet my expectations at all for a couple of reasons. I was expecting whole local shrimp with the tail, I got what I would call popcorn shrimp and for some reason it came with fries which surprised me since it was listed as an appetizer. I ordered a small gyro salad for my entree. It was a perfect portion for the price and all of the Ingredients seemed extremely fresh. The cuts of gyro meat had a strange texture to me but tasted fine. I was not in love with the sauce. The atmosphere was quiet and calm and relaxing. Update 2-27-24: We have been back a few times and the product quality has been inconsistent at best. Sad that this didn't pan out.

Hard to judge on an online order to go. The listed phone number wasn't working. I so want this restaurant to do well! The calamari for $9.99 was okay. Came without any sauce. We ordered two pasta dishes for &17.99 each. Both said they came with breadsticks. There was only a small piece of bread in one of the pasta dishes. The bread was a soupy waste. The pasta's were okay but we added flavor. The staff both times I've been in seemed to be very friendly high school students. No plastic ware or napkins in the bag so if you are in a hotel or going to work, be sure to ask.

Second time here. Amazing again! Friendly waitress named Tori (I think it may have been Victoria) she offered to customize dishes like adding meatballs and asking if there was anything we wanted left off of the salads. Very accommodating! We ordered the Asiago cheesesteak pizza and the Chicken Parmesan with a side Greek Salad. Everything was amazing and very fresh. We cannot wait to go back again and try more things.

Ordered a hot sandwich which was overpriced and on a six inch sub. It was $11.99 plus tax. Not what I expected.

The building looked a bit suspect when we arrived, like it was an old Wendy's or Pizza Hut. The parking lot takes you in a one way dead end spiral so getting out involves a three point turn done in reverse when the lot is full. We sat in the car for 5 minutes contemplating going somewhere else. We finally took a chance and boy were we surprised. The food was fantastic, service was great and the portions are monstrous. Complimentary garlic knots and marinara started off the meal. The Garden Salad was $8 which seems like a lot until you realize that splitting it results in two salads bigger than most restaurants serve. The Shrimp Scampi is huge and delicious! The Manicotti was big and hearty with plenty of cheese. The Pollo Picatta was lemony and light, with tons of spaghetti and plenty of capers and artichoke hearts. Incredible meal and fantastic value considering the portions they serve. Caitlyn was our server and she was spot on with everything throughout the meal. Great job... weird parking lot and all.

The staff offers a waitlist, we were told there would be a 15-20 minute wait, and I believe it took about 20 minutes for our table to be ready. The inside is on the smaller side, but there is seating by the bar, at tables inside, and on the screened in/outdoor patio. We sat inside. Our waiter was amazing! I ordered the shrimp scampi, but wasn't too satisfied with what I received. This scampi had more paprika than red pepper flakes, and tasted different than shrimp scampis I'm used to. The waiter brought my dish back to be re-made, and although it still came out tasting different- it was still good! Terra Mia must have their own spin on a shrimp scampi, and the staff was so kind to try to accommodate to me. My husband's dish was so good! The tortellini al granchino was full of flavor. Both dishes had huge portions, so much so that my husband had leftovers and he NEVER does. Not pictured is the Caesar salad, and it was so good! Great start to our meal. We ended with the tiramisu, and this might be the best tiramisu I've had in a long time. Amazing place, can't wait to go back.

The chandelier made from wine bottles really stood out and added a lot of character. There's only one restroom shared by men and women, but considering how old the restaurant is, that was understandable. Inside, you can clearly feel the cozy, authentic Italian restaurant vibe. The server was friendly and attentive. Many of the guests were tourists like us, and the staff seemed to make an effort to provide quick and efficient service. I didn't try the mac and cheese myself, but my daughters absolutely loved it. I ordered a dish with fettuccine, and while it looks very simple, the flavor was excellent. The Pasta Primavera tasted like it was made with fresh, just-picked spring vegetables, very fresh and well prepared. If you are in downtown Savannah, I definitely recommend stopping by this place.

I just stated go ahead and cook it, I'll do pick up instead. The gentleman was quite surprised at my response, and said it was too late to still make it as they had canceled my order before calling me. A little irritated because then I had to go back on the app and reorder 4 jumbo speciality pizzas and 40 wings. I don't see why they didn't call me first. Here's my first issue, I didn't get my 169.00 back, and still haven't yet. Said 3 to 5 business days. But now I have to buy it all over again. Then I get there, my order should be finished. They haven't even started it. I try to be completely flexible and understanding, but then I get to watch the owner who is delivering show up. And not long after, the other delivery driver shows up. So the owner lied first over the phone, and then the young lady in the front lied two times to my face. Said the owner was the only one working, she just didn't expect the young delivery driver to show up while I was in my car.

We shared a burrata and it came with four slices of tomatoes and two balls of burrata drizzled with balsamic over some romaine lettuce. It was a nice start to the meal. I had the chicken marsala and my aunt had the chicken parmesan. The portion size was adequate and her pasta and veal had a lot of red sauce on it. The chicken piccata tasted baked not fried (strange) but the sauce was good and gf pasta was great! Lastly, the dessert... tiramisu. The waiter said it was homemade and highly recommended.
