am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment regarding a recent order and the subsequent customer service experience I encountered. On 9/ 10/26 I placed an order for a pizza and an additional item. My concern began when the Domino's mobile application provided conflicting and ultimately inaccurate information regarding my order's status. The app indicated that the driver had departed the store at approximately 6:10 PM, followed by a notification stating my food had been delivered around 6:20 PM. This caused significant distress, as the food had clearly not arrived, leading me to believe it had been erroneously delivered to the wrong address. Upon calling the store to clarify this situation,I spoke with an individual named Jesse. From the outset, Jesse's demeanor was unacceptably rude and dismissive. He immediately adopted a hostile tone, implying I was attempting to receive free food, and showed no inclination to listen to my concerns about the app's misleading updates. Instead of offering assistance, he abruptly informed me that my pizza was still in the oven and declared there was "nothing he could do" to address either the faulty app information or to compensate me for the inconvenience. When I requested to speak with a manager, Jesse flatly refused. Living in the Rosamond community for many years, which is a small town where local faces are familiar, I recognized his name and suspected he was, in fact, the manager. When I confronted him about this, asking why he was lying about his position and being so unhelpful, he simply responded, "no, my name is Jesse." The interaction escalated further when I stated my intention to report his behavior to Corporate, at which point he curtly said "ok" and immediately hung up the phone. Prior to disconnecting, he also callously suggested, "If you don't like it, just cancel your order." My order was finally delivered at 6:50 PM. The driver, who was polite and professional, confirmed that he had only just left the store, contradicting the app's earlier delivery notification by over 30 minutes. This entire experience was deeply frustrating. It is highly concerning that a customer, whose business directly contributes to the livelihood of the establishment, is treated with such disrespect and outright falsehoods by a manager. I later confirmed that Jesse is indeed a manager at this location, making his deceptive behavior even more egregious. This particular store has unfortunately garnered a reputation for poor customer service, and my recent experience, especially the manager's refusal to acknowledge an issue, his rude conduct, and his outright lying about his position, exemplifies why. I believe this conduct reflects poorly on the brand and warrants a thorough investigation. I placed a prior complaint 2 years ago and still have the same person there in charge ! Such a shame that a corporation of such a big name can be so careless about their employees and business! This particular store has had such a bad wrap and I tried giving them another chance and I see it continues to be as bad as 2 years ago !! It's truly unfortunate we have such a good community and I hope new business arise soon to give more opportunities to good business owners! I had a long day at work and the last thing I wanted to do was cook tonight. So I ordered the chocolate lava cake and a medium pan pizza with light cheese and pepperoni. There wasn't any pepperoni on my pizza instead I got a medium extra cheese pizza that had other toppings that fell into the cheese container because I found/ tasted mushroom (I'm allergic to), onion, bell pepper, jalapeños, bacon and sausage which I've taken out of each slice of pizza I have eaten. When my boyfriend told the assistant manager about the fact that there was no pepperoni he said that because it was close to closing time that he can only provide a store credit. This is the fifth time that I have had this issue with this particular store. They offer the same store credit and when I would call back several weeks later get a whole story about how they don't do store credit and have never done that. At other dominos I've never had this issue before, all other dominos would offer a refund or go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Here I get the same answer every time. If I really wanted to get another pie I will just make it myself because clearly they can't follow a food order. Thanks but it's now going to be a definite pass on this dominos. read more

He said the order was right and told me to call the customer support number and hung up on me. Just called again and was placed on hold for 6 minutes and no one came on the line and called back and spoke to someone who when to check the status and he said it would be here in 10-15 minutes. I placed an online order for 3 medium pepperoni pizzas. I went to pick up my order and when I got home I immediately realized these were not the pizzas I placed online. I called up there and told them that these were not the pizzas I ordered. I suggested that maybe it was a glitch in their system. Had no issue with the food it was hot and well made. but they didn't include the included frosting cup with the cinnamon twists nor did they include the extra one I paid extra for. And let me say without the icing the cinnamon twists are not great. When I called I was being polite and simply asked if I could get a credit for another order of them next time I was in. I was told I could drive in for more icing but nothing else. Then I was told it was my responsibility to make sure the order had everything. This is where I did get a tone with the manager and replied. I ordered Brooklyn Style pizza and when I got there, not only was it not Brooklyn Style, but they did not give me the discount. When I called, the asst manager Joscelyn told me I had to order on line to get the discount. I ordered same day in Lancaster Domino's over the phone and she said "it's on sale for $12.24" and said nothing about needing to order on line. Also in Lancaster they told me right off that they no longer make Brooklyn Style but the NY style is similar. I would not have gotten one from rosamond had the person on the line been as informative. This rosamond dominos was the worst service and pizza I've ever had from a dominos, I tried to call in an order, got put on hold and by the time anybody answered i was already able to place my order online so i asked thr lady how long my order would take she said they were super busy so it would be a 40 minute wait!!! My husband was picking it up sonhe just shoped at albertsons for awhile and went next door.to grab the pizza and ut was completely cold and they said it had been sitting there for 20 minutes and it had only been 30 since i ordered! He got home and the pizza was cold and dry, i tried to put it in the oven to heat up and the whole middle of the pizza just like fell apart it was very strange there was like a hole in the middle like a donut and even after trying to warm up it was still disgusting, so disappointed i love dominos and my husband prefers pizza hut but he got dominos cuz i like it and it was awful and i had to hear about it all night!!! This location has gone completely down hill. This last year has been the worst for service and delivery. The drivers are great but the over all experience is horrible! That almost never get the order right, it takes almost two hours to get a simple order and when you call for corrections, the associates make you feel like you are wrong. I definitely do not recommend this location. If you are in Rosamond and want good pizza with good delivery definitely try Guido's or any other pizza place. One star is way too high a rating for this terrible store. They like to complete the call in their system, saying they delivered your order, seconds after they mark it as coming out of the oven. Ordered 4 pizzas, dessert brownies & cheesy bread. I sent my son to pick up the order. When he returned we realized they forgot our cheesy bread (this was an item we paid for not part of any deal). I figured it would be a simple phone call to fix the mistake. The manager (and I use the term loosely because a good manager wouldn't treat customers this way) said it is the customers responsibility to check their order prior to leaving. I explained that he didn't place the order. He said this time he would honor it but next time the answer would be no. I asked him whose responsibility is it to check the order there for accuracy prior to being handed to the customer. I again was given the same answer as before. They also told me that they have a record on their caller ID, but no order placed.
