Employees - you bake fresh bread daily why don't you just toss out the old bread? It doesn't affect your paycheck. You're better off making a sandwich at home than coming here. Everything about this trip was horrible. Tried to order ahead with a gift card I had but there wasn't enough. You can't pay half and half with a gift card & debit card. There is a reload option but when you click it, it tells you to go to the nearest store. We decided to just pay for it but the arrival time was 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. I've never waited 20 minutes for 2 before. We had somewhere to be in 30, so that didn't work out for us. We tried to call the store to cancel it, but even after 2 attempts at calling nobody answered. We decided to just go inside and see if they could cancel it for us, but the worker said she couldn't cancel the order because she didn't have the ability to do so. Well Dan. The rudest person there. Honestly I will not go if I see him. ordered 3ft longs(roast beef, club&turkey). I wanted to be sure that the turkey was on the jalapeño cheddar bread. I've been to a lot of Subway's and have never seen one as dirty as this one. At first, I was thinking it may have just been a busy day but if you look closer you can tell there is lack of maintaining cleanliness, there were flies on the counters and food area as well. I didn't get a sandwich for myself because of concerns that I may get sick, my friend purchased his but didn't get all of the vegetables that he wanted because they didn't look very good. I went in to order 3 sandwiches. The young lady by the name of Amaris made the first sandwich. She walked towards the veggies so I followed her, plus there was another person ordering with the other sandwich tech so I didn't want to be too close to the person either (social distancing). Upon finishing up the sandwich, the young lady seemed to have thought that was it for my order. I mentioned that I needed to order 2 more items and the young lady Amaris responded with, "You needed to order that from that side (meat side), not here," in which I responded . Her attitude went from bad to nasty when she started making the other sandwiches. Her: "What kind of cheese do you want?" Me: White" Her: "There are lots of white cheese, what kind?" I told her. She was slapping and throwing the hell out of the ingredients on the bread and mumbling things like "I don't have to deal with this asshole" under her breath. This tone of dialogue went on with each question about the sandwiches until she stormed to get the bread, mumbled, "I should call my cousin to come down here" and cursing me out under her breath. She asked what else he wanted and as I would tell her she had a rude comeback to the point where I just had to leave. There are several more details that are left out, but I think that the point of this situation was made. Perhaps training the staff to ask how many sandwiches will be ordered from the beginning will prepare them mentally in advance so that they don't get any surprises when they think they're finished with an order. Have tried this location quite a few times and unfortunately every time there's an issue. When ordering on the app and we bring the order home, it never fails that's the sandwiches are wrong. Ordering on the app it gives you a deal, when you go in you are given something else because there's some kind of error. Because it's happens so many times the clerk called the owner who still didn't honor the deal. Even when we've logged in and showed what we had chosen. Even going in person there's something out of stock, or there's some issue. Tried to use the app again today and the order wouldn't go through and the clerks wouldn't honor it. I went in to the subway in Rosamond last week. The supervisor named David is very rude. Yelled at me right when I came in the door. I've been in several times and he is always rude. Don't go to this subway anymore. He needs to be fired. He should not treat customers this way. I will never go to this subway again. This is not the first time he was rude. I've been here a few times and the sandwiches and service are good. Subway isn't my favorite sandwich shop, but when you're a vegetarian in Rosamond you don't have a whole lot of options! We stopped in on Saturday afternoon to grab lunch to take to EFBC's Feline Conservation Center. There was a line but it moved quickly, and the guys behind the counter were helpful and attentive. When I asked for extra olives, he piled them on! I usually have to beg employees to put extra olives on. At one Subway I used to go to, I once had a girl put THREE olives on my sandwich. Seriously. Oh, they also had a decent selection of chips, which made me happy, since I was craving salt and vinegar chips. Yum! Wow. Where do I begin? Let me start by saying, we came here on a Sunday afternoon after the lunch rush. We arrived, and there was only one customer in front of us. As we were patiently waiting to be called up to have our order taken we overhear the gentleman in front of us order four separate sandwiches. The young man making the sandwiches was alone up front but after a few minutes have passed we saw that there were two additional subway employees working with him in the back of the restaurant. The young man took quite a while to make the four sandwiches for the customer in front of us and never asked one of his coworkers to come out and help him since he was clearly getting backed up on the wait time for other customers. It took us 25 minutes from the moment we walked in to get our sandwiches. His two other coworkers came through to restock an already nearly full rack of bread and help him with changing receipt paper and neither one of them ever once acknowledged us or offered to start on our order. Unbelievable. We finally are getting our food bagged up and a woman walks in and the older male coworker takes her order immediately while we were getting run up. Why did he not provide us with the same service? I would have gone to a different location to get my daughter the sandwich she requested but, I didn't want to have to drive to the closest nearby town since I had already been in line here. The customer service amongst all three employees that were working today would get a failing grade. The young man who made our sandwich had no concept of time and his two coworkers need to have better situational awareness. If you have customers that have been waiting and you have passed through 3-4 times and see your coworker still hasn't gotten to them, step up, take the initiative to help. It was not busy, they were not fulfilling mobile orders or answering phones. Communication and teamwork was not being utilized and in return, lost you a few customers. I really had a good experience with this subway. Great service and good food. Only thing unfortunate about this store is they carry basic goods. No cilantro, no garlic Parm bread, but the Italian herb is a good compromise and they have vitamin waters and this tasty raspberry pomegranate tea!! I've been eating at this place for a while now but I guess they're under new management and I can wholly tell in the way the store looks. It's very clean now at all hours I've been through. It also helps that it's the only healthy fast food joint out of the thousands in tiny rosamond haha. Definitely would reccommend this subway to any passing through rosamond. read more

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I went here to eat with my brother-n-law He ordered a sandwich that had chicken toasted with cheese. Extra meat extra cheese. We sat down to eat and his chicken was FREEZING COLD! So we told one of the employee so she took the sandwich and gave us attitude. She then put gloves on and started digging the prices of chicken out of his sandwich and was going to microwave the chicken pieces. (Mind you he already bit into it and had his germs on her gloves which she touch the microwave and other thing, SUPER UNSANITARY!) We asked what she was doing and responded "what? You want a whole new sandwich?!" (With attitude) and dumps the sandwich in the trash. We asked for our money back and for the manager. The manager came and was giving attitude because we complained about the poor service! We proceeded to leave and the employees were laughing and talking sh**. I will NOT be returning.....EVER!
