But Jersey Mike's caught my eye, and when I saw it hadn't been reviewed yet, I figured I'd kill two birds with one stone: try something new and get the first review in. We went with the #13 Original Italian--the Giant, and let me tell you, they don't call it "Giant" for nothing. This thing is a legit 15 inches long, and when you see it next to a regular bag of chips, it looks like it could take on a small army. Loaded with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni, it's everything you want in an Italian sub. The bread was fresh, soft with just the right amount of chew, and the veggies were crisp and vibrant--no sad, wilted lettuce here. The flavors all came together like a well-orchestrated sandwich symphony. Nothing wild or over-the-top, just a good, honest, quality sub that hits the spot. The restaurant itself was clean and busy, always a good sign. The staff were quick and efficient, keeping the line moving while still making sure every sub was built with care. If you're looking for a no-nonsense, solid sub, Jersey Mike's delivers. And if you're hungry? Go Giant--it's a meal and a half.

Housed in an historic old building that has been crafted into a really cool visual background to the scent of hearty barbecue cooking that reels you in. The best is yet to come as you enter and are greeted by super friendly staff, or if you are lucky enough to catch the owner, Tony, working at the grill. And then there is the barbecue...absolutely delicious!! Great selection, but not overwhelming, so that you can quickly get to the best part - eating. They also have a great bar, that is very well stocked, especially with my favorite barbecue accompaniment, whiskey. We left with huge smiles on our faces - great food, great folks, and just a great find that we hope to be back to soon.

The staff here it's super friendly and helpful. The pizza choices and salads sounded really good. We opted for the 505 (pepperoni with green chili) pizza and a ranch salad. Both were delicious and prices were really good and we had a lot of leftovers to take home of both. And for the record, the whole UFO business traces back to the Roswell Incident, which actually went down a ways outside of town but Roswell's been carryin' that legend ever since. The green chili didn't taste particularly fresh, and the yellow mustard wasn't really my thing. For such a cool and unique coffeehouse, I'd love to see the food menu get a little more creative.
