NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!!!!!! I Placed an order at 4:49 pm and the driver wasn't on their way til about 8:30-9 pm yesterday, and my order was cancelled at 9:09 pm. Ordered a pizza at 12:35pm, it is now 2:04pm and we have not had our pizza delivered yet. On top of everything, at 12:50, our ordered had said completed on the app; as in food was delivered and the order was completed. We called at 1:18pm and were told that the delivery driver just left the store. We live 8 minutes away from the store. We called again at 1:50pm and the manager was very rude. She tried to speak over my husband as he was just asking what was going on because our order said completed but we didn't have our food, then she proceeded to cut him off by saying "Can I speak now?" in a snotty tone. She was condescending and rude and ended the call by hanging up as my husband was talking. As someone who works in a pizza place, this customer service is highly unacceptable. I understand being busy, having a lot of orders, but where I work, we strive to make sure the customer is happy no matter what. We ordered 3 of the $5.99 large 2 item pizzas, son and granddaughter picked up. On one we added onions and mushrooms for an additional $1.49. When we opened the boxes, all 3 looked burned. The crusts were so thin, it was like biting cardboard. I didn't order thin crust. I got the feeling that they took the dough for a smaller pizza and stretched it further to save on those $5.99 larges. My $1.49 extra veggies on one pizza were so scarce, it was hard to find them. I placed an online order and over an hour before my food was delivered they had marked it delivered on there app, so I called and asked if they had delivered to the wrong place and the very rude lady on the phone said "the driver just left" so I gave it another 30 minutes. Took 2 hours to get my order, no call or text to let me know what was going on. Took driver 25 minutes to get here, I'm less than half that far away. Never go to Dominos, they have a scam when you call and use your credit card to order. They will double charge your credit card and then tell you the charges did not go through and then ask you to pay cash when you pick up your pizzas. The following day they will credit your charge card once, looking as though they were helping correct the problem. However, you end up paying double, once in cash and once on your credit card. When I called to resolve the problem they said it can only be done at the corporate office. I called the corporate customer service number once a week for three weeks with no resolve. Shame on you Dominos for treating your customers with such lack of support. read more

THE WORST SERVICE EVER....ALWAYS! This time was probably the very worst experience, and it's the manager I dealt with! We ordered a pizza and an order of breadsticks. I waited 2 hours until I called since it said it was "out for delivery." The manager answered and seemed overwhelmed which I understand, but also unprofessional. I asked about my order, she went on to explain there was a huge order at a business....which I also understand. Every delivery/pickup has had major issues- rock hard burnt pizza, wrong order, inaccurate prepare times (we have waited over 30 min in the store for a pickup order), crust is over seasoned to the point of burning mine and my guests' tongues. If you order delivery I encourage you to get text updates, our pizza was delivered 35 min after It left the store... so after 20 min we dreaded the soggy, cold pizza and once It arrived It was every bit of soggy and cold. Terrible customer service even from a shift manager Nicole. I would give this star a zero star if I could. I placed an order at 9:10. Tracker said at 9:21 my food was out of the oven. At 9:50 I placed a call asking status of delivery and was told there was a new delivery driver working. At 10:21 I called back and spoke to manager Nicole who told me that it would take 3 hours for a delivery. I said that was bull sh*t that I have never had any experience with the app not working correctly. When I explained that my email said maximum delivery time of 68 minutes she said that was untrue for this location. I asked why they didn't let customers know this when ordering and Nicole explained that if she had time to call all of the customers and tell them that it would take 4 hours for a delivery. She told me that I had verbally abused her and hung up on me. I called back, she said she needed to speak to another manager about how to please me in this situation. I had used free pizza points in my order and after she spoke to the manager she told me that my food would be free and would be on its way. I asked if my points would be replaced and she said that she has already gone above and beyond and she was extremely busy. She told me that this location would never take another app order from me because I verbally abused her. Food was delivered 2 hours 20 min from order time in a grease soaked box with dry food. This location needs to be looked at by upper management. Years of bad service. Constant wrong orders. Staff seemed extremely confused about everything they were doing. In the time it took them to make a new pie for my incorrect order, I witnessed two more customers pick up orders that were incorrect or incomplete. Staff seemed indifferent. Each instance, the staff stood there and tried to tell us that was what we ordered. In my case, 3x 2-topping mediums, two were correct, one was given to me with only cheese. On 11/11/16 our order was inaccurate. No big deal, it happens. We made the manager aware and he apologized and even had someone bring out the missing two liter of Coke. (The order itself was also an hour late) After an alert from our credit card company, we found that our $3.00 tip had somehow became $7.93. We made the manager aware and he again apologized and said our next order was free. We also contacted the corporate offices via email and got a response from a representative who asked that we call her back. We did so the next day and were told the person who advised us to contact her was no longer a Dominoes employee. (?!) We were told to stand by for another rep to call us and that never happened. Thinking it better to call ahead we did so and made the manager, a female named Jordan aware. She offered to replace everything but the Coke and when questioned as to the logic behind replacing $25 worth of food but not a $2 bottle of pop she became indignant and told me she was "doing us a favor" and that nothing we described was noted in their system. But the exact date and order was. She also offered no explanation as to why it's okay for their delivery driver to write in their own gratuity. She told me the district manager would be present tomorrow and declined to give us any of the food she initially offered. She told me I was rude, and when I told her that she was NOT doing us a favor because we'd been robbed by one of her subordinates, and reminded her that perhaps that alone should warrant our entire order being replaced she hung up. When it arrived not only was it just a large but it also came completely uncut. I called the store and explained what happened to the gentleman that answered the phone. He told me I needed to talk to the manager. I explained to the girl (manager) what had happened and she wanted to argue that we were only charged for a large. I explained that we didn't order a large we ordered a extra large. She went on to argue that the extra large didn't come hand tossed only Brooklyn style. I really don't give a crap which way my pizza is made all I know is I didn't get what I ordered. After an agonizing 10 minutes of arguing with this incompetent manager she finally said with an attitude "fine, we will make you a Brooklyn style pizza and pick up the wrong pizza". I declined because I honestly did not want someone with that much attitude to begin with making something I had to eat. So the next time you decide to order a pizza from Dominos on State Street in Saginaw, MI please beware. Their commercials for "pizza insurance" is a lie.
