I e tried twice and they never "get the order", while the kids are waiting for a pizza they think is coming but never does. There is obviously management issues as they cannot retain employees and there are constant issues wirh orders. What bothers me the most is their "oh well" attitude. We waited 40 mins after placing a text order to find out when I called for a pick up time that they "never received the order". The guy went on to say "there was nothing he could do about it, it's a 3rd party service they use. And he wouldn't honor the 15% discount. He tried to pass off a coupon that applies to anyone who asks for it, for $5 off. Trying to make me feel it was his individual offer to make things better. I asked if this was on top of the $5 everyone has access to, he said "ugghhh, no," Given what he was give lm he did his best. The first time this happened we waited 45 mins, just to be told the "oops story I just told you about". They told me it would be ready in AN ADDITIONAL 45 mins! This brings it past 9:00pm. I asked if it could be placed in front of the other orders and was told a computer response of "no, at Jets we process all orders in the order they come in."..... But Jet's,.,.. Your system created the problem. Problem solving skills severely lacks in all of Midland, but just here. If the script doesn't work or if the machine break, they have NO idea how to troubleshoot or make customers happy. If Jets is worried about customer retention, They need to do a major overhaul. Maybe if they pay their "managers" (who are just regular employees who have been working there the longest and have NO college degree in Management, and pay a good wage for proper management, this business could really turn around as they do offer decent products (not including the frozen brownies though - hard as a rock). Hopefully they make some changes soon. Once is understandable, but the same issues reoccurring and everyone blames someone or something else instead of compensating the customer is some way, shows they don't value their customers. Mancinos, we're trying you out this Friday. Hopefully that experience is better because we are a Friday night pizza/movie family. I feel bad writing this review, but once, ok, twice, three times.... Get your products working or don't offer them. Theirs is also NO indoor seating, that's not good. This is not your go to relax pizza place.
