Trying to find some good pizza since moving from NY. It's been a challenge. Seen this pizza place while out shopping and said let's give it a taste. I am here to say it was delicious pizza. Sauce was very good!! Very clean inside and the woman who waited on us was very nice. Though she'd probably remember us because we actually expressed to her we were in search of good pizza something close to NY pizza. Although it's going to be very hard to find. But this pizza was our favorite so far and we have tried so many places. read more

Oh no! What happened to Good Times? I had to salt my pizza to detect any flavor. Did you stop adding salt and any spice to the sauce? I was disappointed to say the least. The people are super nice as always, but if the recipe has been changed, step up the sauce and change it back, please! It used to be so good! read more

very inconsistent one day it will be great with parmesan actually on the crust the next it will look like they are scared to use it and its the same with the cinnamon bread sometimes it's amazing and next time it's just bread, have a standard and stick to it. read more

When you're not in the mood for Domino's or Lil C's and best when the other two options are not available. That isn't a knock against them, amongst chain style fast food pizzas, their pies are pretty good. Pricing and availability are about the same. I think the window special was a large pepperoni for $6.49. Good Time's has a website but lacks any information, I've included a few photos for your viewing pleasure. They were running a few awesome specials and after a typical night in Saginaw we were in need of some serious eats. The pies were tasty and crust fluffy. We got there as they were almost closing, so I'm not bitching about not having it crispy. It cost a bit more than buying large pizzas at Little Caesars, but we got more in value and taste. read more

Asked for a pizza to be split in half and they didn't. Called, got a coupon for a discount pizza and they did it again. When I tried to address the issue with management they were rude and unprofessional. Told me that " I could drive back and wait to have it remade". Where is the consideration for the locality of customers? I've ordered the same half and half pizza for 4 summers now. We are customer for the last 30 years. This is the first time we have very bad old cheeses bread look like baked yesterday and the pizza with the wrong ingredients. The tall red head counter server was very rude to say the least. Very sad to see this business taking this turn down. read more

Doughy undercooked crust, tasteless sauce. Pizza was cheesy without having to ask for extra cheese. $12 seems a little pricey for a large cheese pizza and an order of bread sticks with sauce. Friendly and courteous staff. Maybe it was an off night as my kids said they usually order from here and they seem to like it. I stopped getting pizza from good times about a year ago, because every time the crust was not cooked all the way. So I thought I would give them another chance and when we got the pizza it was under cooked and doughy. We have told them many times and still under cooked. And very skimpy on the toppings. I won't go there again. read more

Okay so first off I ordered my pizza at 10:00 got it at 10:15 (they close at 11 btw) came home and ate it around 10:45ish first slice was very tasty but come half way to the second my mouth is filled with this slimy substance and as I'm pulling the pizza from my mouth it's stringy as a "lugie" would be. So I investigate with the light on my phone and there's this spot that's slimy and just to test it so I'm not crazy I hough my spit and spit on a different slice of pizza and sure enough it's just like the pizza I originally ate. I'm confused mainly because I still don't wanna believe it but I cannot deny the facts. Cashier was very friendly but also made a smart comment when I asked do I have time to order still by saying "I don't make the rules so..." What do you guys think? This place has the worst customer service of any pizza place I have encountered. Not only do they count an extra cheese only pizza as 2 toppings but they also close super early & guilt trip you when you order 45 minutes before they are supposed to close. Rediculous. The pizza is "just okay" & in the future ill be taking my business to Eudichi's or Jets. read more

Check this local place out- their prices are so affordable and great pizza and breadsticks! I can not really stomach greasy pizzas and Good Times doesn't add any margarine or oil to their crusts which I really appreciate! They have a large pizza, breadstick and pop combo for like 13 bucks which you really can't beat! Love their crusts, sauce and toppings (the ham is my favorite)! read more

My husband gets really out of sorts if we order pizza that is NOT Goodtimes. Its our favorite. We order pizza with everything for ourselves, just the meats for the kids, and they come really loaded. Delivery time is normally under a half hour, even when we ordered on a Saturday evening during the MSU Final Four game. Tastes good, decent value, fast delivery. What else do you want?? read more

Good times makes great Pizza. It's cheap as in price with great quality. Staff is always nice and they are fast is they say pick up in 10 mins it's ready. There cinnamon bread sticks are awesome also. And I get help support a local buissness. It's a win for everybody. read more

This place is a complete joke. They charged my credit card for pizza I didn't even get. When I called to speak to a manager I was told she was too busy, so I asked to guy on the phone if I could come in the next day to take care of the issue, I was told no... Come in today or no refund would be issued and it was a day they were running specials so I then asked if I had to wait in line again and I was told yes, wait in line line like every other customer wanting service and they hung the phone up on me. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and they lied saying that I was offered the pizza I was over charged for as compensation. Make sure you check your receipt before leaving the store or from delivery as they are thieves. read more
