They were talking about murdering each other and throwing bread sticks in the others faces if the lady burnt another order. We had already paid at 5:30pm and waited almost 2hours (722pm). We get home in Troutdale and our pizza is completely burnt top and bottom. Bread sticks not done enough almost too doughy. We called to see if they would refund our money back, but told they would only give us a free pizza next time. We asked to speak to a manager and the girl on phone said her manager would say the same thing. They would not give money back. So we called the Sparkys in Damascus Oregon and they were more than helpful Lizzy said she would show our pictures of pizza to her manager and have them call the Sandy Oregon location and get this resolved. We will not go back to the Sandy location ever again or until they get people that are more professional. The guy with green hair was so upset after someone called in to order and take too long to say they don't want the pizza, that he was stomping up and down and yelling throwing a complete fit. Absolutely absurd!!! Absolutely will NOT GO BACK!!!
