Had the opportunity to meet the "Koby" mentioned in the previous complaint. He, too, took my call for an order. Found him not to be rude in any way. When I got there, I was met by three employees who weren't rude, but rather indifferent, just hurriedly doing their jobs as asked to do. Been here many times and never had an issue with any employee or service. They are very busy, and sometimes you have to wait a bit for your pizza, but a busy food establishment means they're doing something right. To review the business with ONE STAR, simply because a coupon wasn't accepted, which very easily could've been caused by a miscommunication on the phone, is unfair, unjust, and counter productive. It's highly unlikely that "Koby" lied on the phone, knowing the customer would be in momentarily to get their order. It's more likely that a simple misunderstanding resulted in this incident... Which isn't the direct fault of the business or its employee. read more

Papa Murphys has always been a go to for pizza, as a cheaper easy dinner night option. Honestly the service here was better than normal, and the pizza is exactly as expected (uncooked). One thing I do love about Papa Murphys, and this one especially in my experience is the pizza quality is consistently the same. You go in knowing what you are getting. read more

I love Papa Murphy's but wow the employees here are rude. I pulled into the parking lot at 8:45pm after noticing their open signs were on. I parked and saw both employees glaring at me through the windows. I was fumbling with some things in my bag and when I looked up I noticed the girl was still glaring at me through the window mouthing "we are closed" over and over again. Now if I had been getting out of my car trying to open the doors that would make sense. But I was still in the car. I was confused at first because all of their open signs were on so I looked online and saw that they closed at 8pm. So no problem, I will go get food somewhere else. As i'm still sitting in my car looking for somewhere else to eat, I see she's standing at the window inside closest to me glaring at me even worse, still mouthing that they are closed and making an "X" with her hands. Moral of the story, staff is immature and unprofessional... and apparently they don't know how to turn their open signs off. Staff is always quick and precise with my orders, and when picking up the pizzas, check out is very quick and efficient.

Worst Papa Murphy's in the chain! Rude and immature staff, poor management, lack-luster pizza! Visited on 7/8, had a poor experience and was promised a full refund by the store manager Tyler. Arrived today to receive my refund and was greeted by the same shift lead with the same attitude and no refund. Left empty handed with the same experience as when I ordered on 7/8. read more

This Papa Murphy's offers consistently good pizzas as well as friendly & efficient customer service. I did try the gluten free crust and dairy free cheese on my pizza today...I would recommend skipping these offerings unless you like hot glue on cardboard. It's better not to eat pizza than to eat the GF/DF offerings here, IMO. Otherwise, their original crust pies are good and the Caesar salads are nice too! read more

The people that work there are not friendly. Several times my pizza has very little toppings and the toppings are not spread evenly on the pizza compared to the Papa Murphy's in other towns. They also don't honor coupons. One time they said the Owner was not doing 12 dollar Tuesday, and they charged me regular price for my pizza on a Tuesday!!! I live in Sandy, Oregon but I will drive to Any Papa Murphy's outside of the town of Sandy to buy my pizzaa!!! read more

After finishing a long day at work I called Papa Murphy's to order a chicken bacon artichoke pizza with pineapples that my family so deeply loves (especially my 2 little boys). upon arriving around 7:50-ish I was expecting my pizza to be ready to go so that I can bring it to my hungry family. BUT APPARENTLY the pizza was sold?!?!? I was so confused because I know that I called the right place because I've ordered with them multiple times already but it was usually always earlier. So the one time that I arrived pretty late MY PIZZA WAS GONE. I ask the pizza artist that was still working, I believe her name was Charlie?, if they could remake my pizza. I didn't mind waiting a little longer because I just wanted to bring food to my STARVING family. It pains me to write this review because my family loves these pizzas and I always set a separate amount of money to pay for this pizza. We are a pay check to pay check family and this completely devastated me because I COULD NOT provide for my family. She ended up telling me that she was not going to remake the pizza that I placed through the phone. I didn't want to give them anymore of my time so I just decided to take my business elsewhere. Instead I went to Panda Express, and ordered a family feast which is a much better deal than whatever this STUPID papa Murphy's has to offer. Friendly staff! Great hygiene! Nice owner! Quick service! Cheapest pizza in town, so that's where I always go. It seems the yelp reviews previous to mine are not the best, but they also seem to be a miscommunications. Most, if not all, pizza businesses require you to bring back a pizza if it was made wrong in order for it to be replaced... it's policy. Otherwise, people would call in all the time to say their pizza was wrong, just to get a free one. The manager, Koby, always goes above and beyond for customers, and it extremely polite every time I've spoken with him. I've never had a bad experience at this store, not to mention it's the cleanest and fastest Papa Murphy's I've ever been to! read more

I'm a bit of a pizza prude. It floors me that I like Papa Murphy's pizza better than most sit down to eat places. They are quick, convenient, and no hit to the wallet. There was a time the employees seemed not very happy in their jobs, but something about the environment has changed, and they seem more congenial and pleasantly attend to their jobs. Great solution for most "I just don't want to cook" days. More about the actual pizza. The regular crust is perfect thickness and crispiness. When you hold a pizza slice, it should not fold or bend. They put enough sauce on, and the pepperoni has a little kick. A very decent product for it's speed and low cost. Not to say that I don't doctor it when I get home. I add oregano, garlic, onions before I put it in the oven. Then I have my home canned pineapple to top it off. Still, a great base product to work with. Glad they moved to town! read more

By far worst papa Murphy's I've been too. the manager has a policy about putting jalapeno in the stuffed pizza says it's to hot to put in it I'd recommend going somewhere else in town or drive to Gresham if you want jalapeno in you stuffed pizza .oh and the staff a pricks read more

This is by far the worst Papa Murphy's we've ever dealt with. It started with the rude young man (Koby) who took my order by phone and didn't end when I arrived to pick up our pizza. I was told on the phone that I could show my coupon on my smart phone when I arrived and it would be honored. I had ordered a large half cheese/half pepperoni. When I arrived to pickup my pizza I showed Koby the coupon ($5 for a cheese, pepperoni or sausage pizza) and he informed me they wouldn't honor the coupon because the pepperoni would have had to been on the WHOLE pizza and not half and half! REALLY? I told him there was nothing on the coupon that indicated that but he held his ground except to offer to give me a "discount" on the pizza ($1.00). I left him, his rude arrogance, the store and the pizza behind and have no intention of ever going back to this location. We love Papa Murphy's Pizza but we'll be going to the Damascus location from now on ... that store knows how to do customer service! I find this Papa Murphy's to have a good pizza sometimes and sometimes not. Perhaps all employees aren't trained the same. The manager should pay attention to employees. I am thinking about a pizza for tonight but then thinking what if it's not a good one this time around. I would like to find a place in Sandy with good quality all the time. This store has been great each time I have visited. Even on the busiest Saturday night when I haven't called ahead I only had to wait 5 minutes for my pizza to be ready. They could use a second bench in the lobby, as once during my wait a mom and her young son sat next to me and the child decided he needed to lay down (consequently kicking me a few times), but the service and food has always been great! read more

I am beyond disappointed in the service we just received. We called earlier today to order pizza for our daughter's birthday party. When my parents picked up the pizza for us we somehow ordered incorrectly, our mistake. We stopped on our way back and were told we needed to go pick up the pizza (it had no sauce) and return it for a replacement instead of just replacing the pizza. My husband took the pizza back and as the transaction was ending the girl blurts out "we would appreciate in the future if you would double check your order and check again as we now have to throw this away." Mind you we go into this store often. I will admit my husband didn't have the best response but the only thing we are looking for is a little customer service. Obviously we would typically check our order but we have had many times that THEY made a mistake and we treated them with nothing but respect. There was absolutely no reason to belittle what was a loyal customer. We had a similar experience with Sparky's and although it was OUR mistake Sparky's insisted on making it right and went above and beyond. read more
