Terrible customer service!! Made a large order today and the guy taking my order seemed more pissed at me for asking questions than doing his job. Apparently asking if they had a taco pizza can be really annoying! Got even worse when he couldn't get my credit card to work! Not a happy dude! Things got really crazy later in the day when I realized I didn't get an itemized receipt with my delivery. (I need one so I can expense the cost as a business expense). I was long gone from Wausau and I live over 2 hours away so I was hoping they could send one to me. I called and was told that they could print one but could not send it to me. When I asked for the manager, I was told that "she's standing right here, and she said no!" The manager, who was also rude, finally got on the line and basically told me she couldn't help. Looks like this is the pizza joint in town to AVOID!! We called ahead to verify that they could deliver to our location (admittedly remote...that's why we called!), and discussed having them deliver 15 pizzas for a family party. The day of the party, they decided that they WOULDN'T take our order, and left us hanging. The manager refused to make accomodations under any circumstances (I'm too embarrassed to share how much I offered for them to send a driver out). Disappointed in order. This is the 3rd time in a row we ordered extra sauce on our pizza and barely got any! Yet we got charged for it every time. I understand that coming in and ordering food an hour before close can be hard for the people working but that does not give workers the right to be complete pricks. Not only was the food presented very poorly, but the lack of fine customer service was not there. Ok so I decided to give this location one more try after the disappointing last time a few months ago. This was seriously the very last time EVER! They sent June Bugs in my sandwich. I know a June bug when I see it and that was it! They must have been that irritated by me from my last order that they tried to punish more when it only took two hours to get it to my house, never mind the five blocks away that we live. Ordered two pizzas via the app, a chicken bacon ranch and a buffalo chicken with extra buffalo sauce. They both arrived with no sauce. I was told the chicken bacon ranch doesn't actually have ranch and I should have read the description. I assumed a pizza with ranch in the title would have ranch included in it. They offered to make me a new buffalo pizza, but then informed me I would be charged a delivery fee for the extra delivery, as if I were the one that put no sauce on my pizza.
