Excellent choice for a beer, burger, and cheese curds on your way home from up north. $3.50 Spotted Cow taps, daily specials, and a bar lined with regulars. The 4:21 burger looked delicious and seemed to hit the spot for my boyfriend. I had the California burger with American cheese. The bun was light and just the right size for the burger patties. The cheese curds were spot on, served with ranch dressing as all respectable Wisconsin dive bars should. The staff were nice and attentive. Then, the cook's friend Steph came in and she decided to start being rude to us. She cranked up the hockey for one customer (Steph). Directed us, the new people, to not play music. Final insult was There were only three people at the bar besides the two of us, and we could not get someone to come get bring us a bill. We just asked to cash out and she just walked away. WTF?!?! Thank you Yelp!! Found this place while traveling home and needed a bite to eat on the way. My boyfriend wanted "a dive bar with good food". This place fit the bill perfectly. Thanks to the other reviewers, we ordered curds (phenomenal), jalapeño poppers (very good and different from what you're probably used to), the 421 burger and the everything burger. Both burgers were fantastic. Prices were extremely reasonable. For all that and 2 Tito's drinks, our bill was $36. And to top it off, the bartender was very friendly, which you don't always find when the bartender also has to make your food and she's the only one working. She gave the bf a free drink since the bottle emptied while making his drink. Who does that anymore?? Fantastic place! This will be our new stop on our way home from the cabin! read more

My first time going here and was not impressed. I googled best wings near me and Bob & Randy's Bar came up. I looked at the menu and it advertised wings $.50 dine in and $.60 to go. Called to place order and was quoted a different price but placed my order anyway. When I got there to pick up my order I tried to explain and show the young lady behind the bar who took my order and she quipped back at me "look at the date on that menu". So I suggested that maybe they should update their website which she quipped back "the owners don't have access to the website it was done by a third party" She had a Bad Attitude and poor customer service skills, Their wings are floured and fried crispy on the outside and served with your desired sauce on the side, not on the wings. As for flavor, well they are bland, lacking any. The sauces are good for dipping. Personally I will be looking for somewhere else when I have a taste for wings. read more
