9/24/24 - I was sick for two whole days after Ordering Wings - I really did not want to put a negative review in because in 2021 I put in a great review for Dustin Gen. Manager. But this time after the night Shift Manager would not even tell me her name and was rude and hung up on me I wrote a letter to the Gen. Manager about 6 - 8 wks. ago and unfortunately he never bothered to respond back to me so it leaves me no choice. It was the only food at all that I had eaten and I was sick with the runs two solid days. The girl working there said it can't happen. But once before it happened to me at PaPa Johns a few years ago and the person I talked to explained to me how it can happen on rare occasions but not sure now what his explanation was. I never wanted to make trouble and all I had ask for was a replacement order. But the snotty Manager she refused and hung up on me. I tried calling the store tonight before putting in a review and every time the robot answering the call switches me to the store it hangs up on me. I have no idea why the Wings made me sick but with Chicken it happens occasionally. If I had only been respected and treated decently I would not have had any desire to write this review. Wonderful experience twice recently. Dustin the Gen. Manager could not be any nicer or professional and I do hope that Dominoes realizes what a great General Manager he is. I had a little problem and Dustin replaced the order and even threw in a bottle of Sprite just to be thoughtful. I've ordered at least a dozen times from this location, mainly because there are no other pizza delivery services available in our neighborhood. Nearly every single time we order for delivery, there is something wrong/forgotten with our order. They've completely forgotten the extra kinds of various cheese we paid to have put on our pizza, multiple times they've forgotten ranch cups on the side, or only bring ranch dressing for the salad, despite my request for balsalmic. The tracker is a great tool to see where in the process our order is, however, it's infuriating to see the time that it says our pizza went out for delivery but then our pizza doesn't show up for about 35-45 minutes after that. The tracker will always say the pizza has been delivered, but it doesn't show up until about 20 mins or so later. I've called the store multiple times about this and they always state that the drivers will go to the trailer parks around us first and then come to us, ALWAYS last. I don't mind being patient and waiting a little longer for pizza here and there, but when my neighborhood is ALWAYS last to be delivered to, AND the order typically has something wrong, it's frustrating as all get out! As soon as another pizza place gives us the option for delivery, we're DONE with Domino's!!! read more

Never fails, always some type of bs with this location. They sent me a burnt, unsliced pizza and have the nerve to charge $20 for it.

Second time I have received the, "We're sorry, but the delivery driver has experienced a car issue" excuse when I called to inquire. Now normally I can chalk it up to coincidence, however I usually let a delivery location make a few mistakes. So within that "grace period", and one time online, I now review this location publicly. The food is on par as expected from a chain yet cold, and when you watch the "Dominos Pizza Tracker" online and your food takes an hour to arrive when it shows Out For Delivery... Then, I want a fresh order made and rushed to my house. The store has the order phone number, and I related to them to call next time any issue arises the last time I had a complaint. Even if I have to wait for a fresh batch, then so be it; because then you had already informed the customer. Ordered for the first time from here upon moving into a new apartment with my child. The driver was great and showed up promptly. However, he did scare us claiming that no one delivers to my apartment complex because of "crime" in the area scaring my child and myself. This is a relatively safe area and I only see families with young children. He also urged me to not attempt to order again because it would be voided due to our location which is within Seagoville limits. Definitely won't order again period. What a way to damper my child's "pizza day". I've been in some pretty bad areas but none of them have ever rejected an order. This is very suspicious. read more

GENEVA LEVINE; I LIVE AT VILLAS OF SEAGOVILLE 1000 E. MALLOY BRIDGE . On January 05, I came home about 8:15 from Walgreens . I'm trying to get into parking space ;for much needed bathroom break. I didn't notice a badge Honda park taking two space ; I scrape my car on bars that holds up over head on parking lot. I tried backing up my car to close to bars ,delivery guy just standing in front of door talking to female that ordered pizza ; I asked him to move his car , he reply hold on he turn and look my way when I hit the bar with my car, I took a picture of his car .
