I'm a bit picky about my pizza but I do have a soft junk-food spot for Domino's wings but that's not what this review is about. I'd like to tell you that their delivery people really do their best. My apartment complex isn't hard to navigate but it's not easy. The buildings aren't well marked and the apartments are even less so. Matt, the manager that I've spoken to, has always been spot-on with the notifications (sorry I had my phone silenced that one time.) Brief, informative, to the point, always pleasant. Bonus shout out to delivery Niki. She had to run back (see notes regarding my apartment complex above, not her fault) and literally hand delivered when it was dropped in the wrong spot. Class act all around. Domino's corporate: make it easier to give bonus tips in your app. I had to call Matt to get it done. I was happy to, but frankly it should be easier. Fix that. read more

Ordered delivery and when we received one pizza that was not right. They said they would fix it and send it out. It was supposed to be Buffalo chicken pizza but they didn't put any Buffalo sauce on the pizza. Well, we got the "fixed" pizza but there is so much sauce on it you can even eat it. Service is fine, price is fine. The problem that has now insured I will never go to this Domino's again is this-... you cannot get your pizza how you want it at this location. Pizza hut from now on. I have ordered like five times in the last 6 monthsSame number with pizza hut. I like extra sauce. Every order from dominos, EVERY time, they will NOT do extra sauce. During quarantine we have been eating take out about once a week. We've given Dominos several trys. They have failed, sometimes we get it with no sauce, most often something we want on half is all over. Today is the final time. The crust was so burnt on one side it was inedible. I get that it's a cheap price however it should still be edible. We will definitely be going elsewhere for our pizza days. read more

Ordered a pizza online to celebrate a boy getting into marching band on his first day of high school after I (playfully) bet him that he wouldn't! I'm out of town, so the online ordering was super convenient for me. The pizza was ready in just minutes, was made perfectly, and delicious. Can't get any easier than that. The website was a *little* annoying with the pop-ups begging me to register as a user, but I don't order pizza enough to make that worth it. Still, great experience. read more

This was a huge mistake tonight. Am staying out of town for work and usually enjoy the chicken parm sandwich and build your own pasta from dominos as it keeps me from having to get back out. This chicken park as NO chicken on it, I mean NONE. And I ordered pasta with marinara sauce and got alfredo. Which is better than the fact that the chicken tastes spoiled. Guess I will have to either way white bread with tomato sauce or get something else. I called and they said they would put a free pasta on my dominos app. I had not even realized the sandwich was missing chicken when I called. Since it took me over 5 minutes to get through on the phone number, I am just gonna let this be a lesson learned and never order from this particular store ever again. I really, really love this Domino's. I just got back from Cincinnati, OH - and let me tell you something. Sometimes you just don't realize how great home truly is until you try ordering a medium pizza with half bacon and half peperoni (the usual order) from your favorite pizza shop back home AND THEY MESS IT UP. IT IS SO SIMPLE, HOW DO YOU MESS THIS UP? But, this location here, in Somerset, KY where I belong, is perfect. The drivers are always polite, but not in a "I just behave like this to keep my job" sort of way. They're truly friendly people. My order is always correct (which means the world to me - I'm paying for this food ffs, at least make it properly), and I'm never let down by their customer service. I thank God every night that this location exists, and the managers were great enough to hire competent workers. Thank you, Somerset Domino's. read more

We use the online ordering app to order from this location on a regular basis because it is so easy and my daughter likes Dominos, plus every 7th pizza order is a a free medium two topping pizza, of course the toppings are very light. Unfortunately on a regular basis, including our order last night, our pizza was made incorrectly yet again and they forgot to bring our garlic dipping sauces with our order. Almost every freaking time!! The only way to get the darn things is carry out. It's really pathetic! And when I order double sausage for my two topping pizza since that is all my 10 yr old likes on her pizza, then by gosh I want double sausage!!! Why is that so impossible for them to accomplish when making my pizza? What was delivered to my home as a double sausage pizza last night was pathetic. And once again the other pizza we ordered was missing a topping, bacon. It's impossible to receive a pizza with everything we order on it. I'm really tired of wasting my time and money, calling back and letting them know what they screwed up this time and them putting free items on my account at the store don't work with the app. I think I'm done with Dominos. read more
