Its was horrible, the pizza was fucking cold and they took almost 2:30 fucking hours to deliver it

Since Quarantining I've ordered twice in the same week for delivery. I love the way the app is setup where you have a choice of every single thing that goes on your pizza, wings, etc. It's very easy to use, they have a pretty reasonable point system to get rewards and free pizzas. After my first order, I received a free pizza. With the contactless delivery, it's very safe and brings me comfort. The delivery time was very fast & I was able to visibly track on the app via GPS when they pizza was prepped and each step of delivery. Will definitely be ordering from this location more often! read more

I see things haven't changed over the years.... I've had multiple screw ups at this location but most recently I ordered delivery 3 weeks ago and received my order cold and burned. Tonight I ordered at 11:27, 12:40 rolls around and still nothing or no change in the tracker since 11:35 (guess I was going to get cold food again). Was supposed to get my order 20-30min ago and no heads up about running behind, going to be late, nothing. Cancelled my order at 1240. Done with this location. Never said anything before but obviously being silent won't make a difference either. read more

Food is sooooo..disgusting on olden ave in Trenton nj..I ordered 3 ..599 orders pizza was mushy..wings were so undercooked (raw) and chicken bacon ranch sandwich roll was hard as a rock!! ( not making this up) it was hard and crumbled I mean HARD. 3 very small pieces of chicken..u mean 3 cubes on each side 2 specw of look like bacon bites no cheese or ranch sauce..I wouldn't gave it to a stray animal!! Ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery with my boyfriend last night with extra cheese and extra sauce , one was pepperoni and the other one was bacon. To our disappointment, the pepepperoni pizza was all bread and cheese with no sauce and the bacon pizza only had a sprinkle of bacon in the middle of the pie. So that being said, we immediately called back to complain and we asked to speak to a manager...Once Alcides (goes by Tito) answered the phone we tried to give him the complaints and was rudely overtalked by him and he was dismissive of what we had to say. He then proceeded to hang up on us. This is bad customer service by a manager and shouldn't be the face of Domino's . Terrible place to order from . Fist I call and a guy answers , then he tries to flirt . I call back to see how long it's gonna take and a girl answers this time and when I tell my address and she says that there's no order for me . But how is that when I just ordered from here. So then I tell her my address and she says that I would have to call the one in Ewing . But how is that when I literally live ten mins from this domino's. So I tell she must be putting the address wrong and that I live 10 mins away .so she starts giving me attitude like u expect me not to give attitude back because she spell the address wrong so I corrected her and she tells me " oh that's what I just said " and I said no u didn't u spelled it wrong so she hangs up on me . Since Alcides left, we've finally started to receive decent pizza with standard wait times. Our orders have been arriving on time - and if not, we're notified, and the employees seem less hostile. And I think that's all anyone ever wanted with fast food pizza. When Alcides was the manager, he was rude, dismissive, and defensive in spite of our food showing up 2 hours late and cold on multiple occasions (Ie: it's drunk food anyway) ; (and multiple complaints sent to corporate about how he handled things circled back to "have the customer handle this with the manager"). Since his long-awaited departure from the company, this location has done nothing but improve. read more

Overall, every time I order it's on point and very good! However one thing always happen and it's not just this Dominos. Other Dominos in NJ do this as well. I order extra sauce like extra Marinara or garlic sauce and I NEVER GET IT! I get charged .75 and never ever receive it. If you add up all the times I've added sauce and never got it, it would add up to at least $20 I have lost. Either dominos should open the box and show there customers their order or not forget anything. I'm sick of constantly losing money. It my only be less than $1, but it really adds up. read more

Probably the most poorly run chain I've ever experienced. I placed an order and the delivery driver can't break 100$. The driver then tries to talk me into giving him the 100 that he'll "come back with change". He says he's gonna go back to the store and get change for the 100. After 45 min of waiting I called the store and they told me he's not coming back with more than 20$ and ask me to go break the 100 somewhere. They ask me to come in the store to pick it up (without waiving the delivery fee by the way), when I go to the store I see employees playing around in the back, touching the food with no gloves and two mice running around. This is absolutely, without a doubt, the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. I ordered a Medium with Pepperoni and Bacon. Only the picture will do it justice which I am assuming I can add to my review, but let me say this: the bacon was of the lowest quality I have ever eaten, was limp and soft, not crispy, and was literally just thrown on top of the pizza *after* it was baked in ridiculously copious amounts. Literally, I picked up a slice and a third of the bacon FELL OFF. There is something very wrong with this picture. Both the pepperoni and bacon should have been added to the cheese then baked in an oven. Pizza 101. The bacon was not cooked with the pizza. You can clearly see this in the picture. The bottom of the pizza had these weird circles on them. I have a pretty dark picture which I may post. But it was extremely tough and chewy and rubbery tasting. What the hell? I was hungry too, I hadn't eaten all day. Try as might, I couldn't even finish my slice and threw it away in utter and complete disgust. There is no reason to visit this abominable place. If you're going here, this means you are reasonably close to both Corleone's and Sabrina's on Olden Ave which both have far, far superior tasting pizzas. read more

I hadn't had Domino's since well before the company redid their recipes. This one definitely changed my opinion of their food. The sandwiches, chicken bites, and, yes, pizza, are pretty darn tasty. The delivery people are always polite and they haven't made a mistake yet. This place tends to be my go-to when I want delivery boneless chicken or pizza, and Domino's online delivery system makes it real easy. If you haven't had the new Domino's menu yet, this is the place to get it from. read more

Horrible. I ordered online from home, it said it was ready for pick up. Drove there...they said it was in the oven. I told them that was strange since it said it was ready online. 2 people asked me for my name and said it wasn't ready, 1 of which said it is in the oven. 1 went out to have a smoke. Another on the work line the entire time I was there having a personal conversation and it was the 3rd person who asked if I was Cynthia. I said no...he said well here, your pizza has been here the entire time. I waited for 15 mins for no reason. I got my pizza cold. I was pissed. This has by far been my worst pizza experience. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I ordered delivery the other day, my phone didn't ring the first time the driver called but it did the 2nd time. I answered and the driver began to scream at me over the phone yelling "WHY DIDNT YOU PICK UP?!" I was very apologetic. When delivering my pizza the driver refused to get out of the car for 5 minutes then finally gave in. I apologized for not answering and the driver proceeded to scream at me saying "DO YOU KNOW HOW BUSY WE ARE?! YOU NEED TO PUT IN SOMETHING EXTRA FOR ME." I proceeded to give a tip and he grabbed the receipt and walked away without a word. I called the dominos to complain. The manager said sorry and told me that he would have the owner give me a call the next day. I never received a call. I have told everyone in my dorm about this. I am not very opinionated about these things normally but this was so upsetting that I felt the need to say something on yelp. I was a big fan of Dominos but now I am not. Ordered online. Easy ordering and fast delivery! Driver was very polite and the food was yummy! I haven't ate Domino's in years. Bread bowl pasta was hot and delicious. Cinnamon sticks were WAY too greasy :( Put some napkins under to soak up the oil and ate a few - they were still yummy! read more

I did an online delivery and it took the I whole freaking hour to do a delivery that should've only taken 8min then when I got it I didn't get my soda and when I did it wasn't the one I ordered the john if so be his name got an attitude with me when I told him that's not the one I ordered saying well I don't have it I must have mixed it up.
