Web site wasn't working so I had to call the store. I would have selected carryout to the car if I could have. The young man said he would if he could remember. I said I will come in. Tried to leave out the back exit but there were 2 delivery cars too close together for me to squeeze thru. So I started backing up and I called the store to suggest that the delivery cars give room for others to get by them. The guy got a little agitated and told me that is not an exit, it is their loading area and it is private property and I had to back up to get out of the parking lot. I said I thought it was an alley and he raised his voice and told me to look up the lot lines with the city website, said thank you for calling and hung up on me. Got home and my sandwich was burnt. This is the first negative yelp review I have ever written. The $6.99 deal is a national coupon, but good luck getting it in Troy. We have placed the same order before without incident. This time we received 2 small pizzas instead of mediums. The manager blamed it on young, inexperienced workers and refused to rectify the problem. THE DOMINOS PIZZA IN TROY, OHIO ARE THEIVES!!!!! I ordered my pizza on 9/2/23 at 7:12pm. It said it would be ready between 7:38 and 7:48. Following the 2 min. tracker, it says the pizza was complete at 7:49. I sat and waited. A few minutes later, I notice the timer was stopped at :26 but I did not have my pizza. I waited another 4 minutes or so. Finally, a guy brings out my pizza. I asked him, "Hey can you explain to me why the timer stopped at :26 and that was a few minutes ago? He was already walking away and said "Do you want your pizza or not?" I replied, "Yes, I paid for it but I want to know why the timer was stopped?". He said "I don't have time for this." reached back in my car, took the pizza I paid for and walked off. In shock I said "Where the F$%^ you going with my pizza!?!" Now, he tries to blame me and says you don't get to cuss at me, you don't get the pizza and goes back inside. At this point I am beyond mad. I have to go inside and they say they will refund me "later" and to leave. Needless to say I again called him out because this was all over the fact he did not want to honor the timer deal. Finally after refusing to leave they refunded my money. I want it to be known that the manager/owner whoever he is that refused to give me his name is a crook and a lier. I know that he is the father of a kid that works there that was yelling at me too. I've always had solid experiences there. They meet their time commits. They are somewhat innovative with their pictures. Cheesesteak is pretty good. I love the pizza, very good. But, if someone is ordering pizza late at night, lights are off in the house, and they call the store to have special instructions that say "Don't ring doorbell", you would think they would have the common decency to ring the bell. They should learn how to read, communicate well, and just have common courtesy. This has happened multiple time. Very unfortunate as the pizza is a wonderful late night snack. read more

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The owner of the store was frustrated because he couldn't find my order. I showed him the text message I received when I ordered online to help him, he told a worker I was treating him like he was stupid. Then we tried to look the order up online and he couldn't get my phone number in the computer right so he walked away and told me he was "waiting on a CUSTOMER" (his emphasis). A young worker then tried to help me and he got yelled at by the owner. I like Dominoes pizza but I will never get over the way I was treated by this man. read more

The weekend manager called my daughter, who suffers from a hearing disability which affects her speech, "RETARDED, DRUNK, STUPID" and said some pretty horrible things to her and her friend. The phone they were using kept dropping the call accidently. The employees wouldn't give the number to the Corporate, hung up on them, was extremely rude, and the pizza was ruined due to the girls waiting so long for delivery in the cold. Turns out the delivery driver was in the WRONG location!! Forcing the girls to walk in the cold to get the pizza. They were shivering so bad that the pizza was dropped. Why? LACK OF COMMUNICATION between employees!! I called to complain about the Manager making my handicapped daughter cry, putting her into a seizure, and was told I would receive a call today. I have waited all day and not once have I received that call. Mind you, we order from this location a lot, In fact, our whole family does. Not anymore. read more

Typically I'd give five stars but today is a new day and to hear the person blowing out the vents state he doesn't care that the dirt from that vent is going all over is just yuck! Do that type of cleaning when the store is closed so the dirt doesn't get into food or into the boxes sitting beneath the vent in question. read more

We moved to the area (Tipp City/Troy) last summer. We had tried the various pizza joints in the area, and not was served the "perfect" this crust pizza. Through fate, we tried Dominoes in Troy. DELICIOUS! I would say that they have better quality dough and toppings than most places; can make whatever you want and even offer suggestions (like putting bacon on a ham & pineapple pizza! Who knew?!). It is owned by a wonderfully loving family, who is ALWAYS there, working with a smile:). You get what you pay for...and with them, it is perfectly priceless.
