She was kind, friendly and eager to make customers happy. I stopped going in for over a year after a few unpleasant experiences with other employees when Cherise wasn't there. I stopped in recently and was surprised at the turnaround. It was clean and they were really busy! (I think walk in customers forget call in orders have to be filled in a timely manner as well, which is as common as a pizza place there. I think if you don't like being patient in line, call your order in.) My favorite employee is back and she cleaned things up! My sandwich was PERFECT! We stayed and ate in too. There were no customers dining in the restaurant at the time but they seemed to be pretty busy with carryout. My order was handed over about 5 minutes later than the time promised by the app- not too bad considering it was dinner rush.
