I often stopped into this location on the way to visiting my mother and there was one employee, Cherise, who made my sandwich perfectly every time. She was kind, friendly and eager to make customers happy. I stopped going in for over a year after a few unpleasant experiences with other employees when Cherise wasn't there. I stopped in recently and was surprised at the turnaround. It was clean and they were really busy! (I think walk in customers forget call in orders have to be filled in a timely manner as well, which is as common as a pizza place there. I think if you don't like being patient in line, call your order in.) My favorite employee is back and she cleaned things up! My sandwich was PERFECT! We stayed and ate in too. The quality of the food has gone down dramatically over the last four years we came in for a chicken Philly cheesesteak sandwich at the Twinsburg location. It took forever to make, they made up the Philly cheesesteak with beef never listened to us so when we got home and opened the package and saw it wasn't even chicken . It was so terrible like eating gristle . We called to complain. That was a mistake. It took them 15 minutes to get on the phone and then we got that I don't really care attitude like what do you want us to do and you know what really made us mad when you go to check out the machine asks to leave a tip for something that those people are paid to do and we actually did leave them a tip because you feel pressured when you go up to the counter. Ordered a couple of subs on the app for carryout at dinnertime on a weeknight. First impression was that the store was very clean and each of the four employees I saw looked very tidy and professional. There were no customers dining in the restaurant at the time but they seemed to be pretty busy with carryout. My order was handed over about 5 minutes later than the time promised by the app- not too bad considering it was dinner rush. The order was accurate, but the sandwiches were a bit underwhelming, flavor-wise. Maybe I will try some of their other selections if they are running a special. read more

I had the pleasure of getting to have lunch at Jersey Mikes in Twinsburg. I must say the food was delicious, but Greg and Jordan made my experience so much better. I have never had Jersey Mikes before my boss had recommended them to me. We got them for lunch one day and I have found my new favorite sub place. I ordered the original italian and it was amazing. The sub was delicious and had plenty of proscuito and cheese and everything else on it. I have ordered several times from them and love it more and more. Excellent job. read more

The Reuben and The cheesesteak are pretty good. They are really pricey though. The average 7 inch sub costs around 9 dollars.

Felt bad for the workers, there was only 2 of them. Subs were still delicious. I work at a jersey mikes and seeing only 2 workers there, I can realize how difficult it is to get everything done diligently being that understaffed. read more

Completely disappointing to walk in at 8:45pm and both attendants were not willing to take my order because they already started wrapping most of their meats. Working hours said the establishment closes at 9:00pm. read more

This is a well run location. They are always busy but get the orders right, every time! Many of the staff are outgoing and friendly. Even the quiet ones usually convey a good mood even though they might not be vocal. Give them a try. read more

Ordered the Buffalo chicken cheesesteak 7/10. Young man behind counter put a ridiculous amount blue cheese dressing and hot sauce that I did not request. My bread was completely soggy, dripping, and leaking through paper. Hire people that enjoy making sandwiches or retrain them. read more

We ordered 2 boxes for a party, they did an amazing job! The sandwiches were perfect, we loved the individually wrapped presentation. They put sides of vegis in individual containers so our guest could customize their own and everyone loved them! They were delicious and held up great even for left overs the next day!
