DO NOT GO HERE!!! A bunch of MORONS!!! I placed an order today, 1/27/26, for 2 pizzas at 4:35pm. Said 15 - 20 mins. I got there early and there were workers just standing around. In between shifts it seemed like. No one knew what they were doing. It was a clusterf*ck. I overheard a person call and complain that their delivery pizza was smashed up and left on the front porch, resulting in cold pizza. Got their money back. A gentleman walked in saying his wife ordered over the phone. They FORGOT to put the order in!! He's pissed. So now. I see my pizzas come out, 5:17pm. Made wrong. Had to redo. No one tells me, they just go to remake it. So my other pizza will be cold. Great??! Wife and kid at home, hungry. I asked for a manager and she didn't seem to care. I just asked if anyone was planning on telling me the mistake or not!! Obviously not!!! So I said CANCEL THE ORDER!!! They seem like they don't care, didn't try to make it right or apologize. We ordered 3 cheesy breads November 2, 2023 at around 7:15 PM. My husband had worked late and we didn't want to cook. All 3 were awful. The pepperoni had 3 pieces of pepperoni on the entire loaf. The spinach and fetta had 4 leaves of spinach on the entire loaf. The 2 end slices had nothing on either. I asked my husband how the bacon jalapeno was, if it had much bacon on it. He said I never got to any bacon. He ate 2 slices of it. There was hardly any cheese on either of them. We finished eating what we had on our plates. I was too late for him to go back to Wentzville. The website says bring the entire order back. We couldn't do that any ways because we ate some, thinking we would run into the cheese, meat or spinach. Store manager "Caden" was incredibly disrespectful, condescending, and offered zero assistance. Instead he made sarcastic excuses. The individual who answered the phone has no business answering calls with zero customer service skills. Caden was beyond unprofessional in his conversation, and should be both ashamed and fired for his actions, as there was no attempt at conflict resolution. I had the unfortunate experience of ordering delivery on 3/16/24 and received an unauthorized 30% tip added to my bill. I was notified by Venmo on 3/18/24. I'd already included a tip on my original bill. THIS IS THEFT!! The store directed me to the corporate office, MBR Management Company 636-947-4433. I called only to get a voicemail. No stars for this Dominos. We ordered pizza on Saturday online. 40-50 minutes. Got the update that an employee was checking our order an hour after we ordered. Two hours later still no pizza. My husband drives up to the store. Requests to speak to a manager. The manager refuses to come out and speak to my husband. The workers try and not let my husband take the now cold pizza home insinuating that we had not paid already. They end up calling the police on my husband to get him to leave. He stays and explains to the police what had transpired then leaves. All we want is a refund. Which we were trying to get. Now the store is saying they tried to deliver the pizza but no one was home. Well we have a ring doorbell and not only was my husband home the entire time but no one ever attempted to deliver a pizza. We will not ever be ordering from them again. Pregnant and was craving my favorite thing from dominos which I am obsessed with. The delish Buffalo specialty chicken. I ordered two of them since I'm craving it so bad and a pizza through the app for pickup at their drive through. First off the drive thru here is a joke. I had to make a 10 point turn to even be able to make the corner to get to it which is ridiculous. Got our food and headed home. Opened the chicken to start eating it on the way home and there is no Buffalo sauce on it or very little which was super disappointing. Ordered 2 pizzas, garlic knots and dessert to be delivered. Delivered in a timely manner but food was destroyed. Like someone dropped it or it fell over in their car while driving and instead or doing the right thing, they left it on our porch thinking we wouldn't notice. The pizzas were literally in a disaster and the garlic knots leaked and left grease all over all of the boxes. The dessert was smashed as well. Called domino's hoping for a refund or for them to deliver the food we ordered - not destroyed, but the person who answered acted as if he didn't believe me and told me that we can bring the food back and they can remake it but only if we swap the precious pizzas. That's fine, but super frustrating because i ordered delivery for a reason. And i don't think that's right, if we PAID for delivery just to get our food a mess, why should i have to drive there to correct it. So annoyed. Thankfully he offered a $25 gift card but still not happy with the way he reacted and obviously the poor delivery experience. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. On Saturday April 22, 2023 I called in and placed an order at 9:20pm as soon as we got home from my grandson's baseball game, because we needed something quick. I spoke with a girl who took the order, and then placed a generous tip for the driver with her. I was never informed there would be a long wait for the delivery to arrive. At 10:30pm I called back to inquire about my order. The gentleman that answered was rude, and just assumed I ordered through the app. I then informed him I called the location directly and spoke with his co-worker to place the order. He told me I would have to wait an additional 25-30 minutes because they only had 2 delivery drivers... At 11:30pm I finally received my pizza. Burned, cold, and with little to no sauce... It was dough, cheese, and pineapple burned onto the crust. It was as if we were biting into a piece of cardboard. I had to wake the kids up to eat cold pizza. We have ordered from here before and have had a similar experience. This will be the last time we order from Domino's, and I will be placing a complaint with the corporate office. read more

Worst service experienced in years! Rude manager, unapologetic and told me he could not make a wrong order -right till the next day. Drove to the store for credit, got a remake.. frankly afraid to eat it. No one was wearing a mask, not given the advertised pricing, he argued the order was wrong...then told me I had an attitude. Just yesterday we had the medium Meatzza thin crust and it was great we decided to get a large today and it is not good. I think the sauce was left off an the cheese is so sparse I can barely taste it and the crust is close to being burned. Maybe a beginner made this one. read more

Since today is pi day I ordered the large 3 topping pizza which is priced at $7.99 all day every day on their website,and which should have come with a free 3 topping free large pizza which was advertised online and on tv . Unfortunately I was charged instead the full menu price which was $5 more. What a complete overcharge on this location. Deep dish pizza is pretty good as far as fast food pizza goes. Service was good and staff friendly. Now hear is the drawback. Do not go there with currency larger than a $50. They will not except any bills larger than a $20.00. read more
