Could care less about the food but being denied bathroom services is just not it. Asked if they had a restroom and was agreed by a worker but a second worker denied. If there is something with the bathroom it should be known among the worker's otherwise it just looked like lazy working. This chain used to be really decent in the early 90's, great crust, cheeses, etc. So something changed 20 years ago horrible crust, introduction of imitation flavorless cheese blends. Just had a chicken taco pizza today. Dough bounced back a bit but still lame! I could not detect real cheese on this pizza? There was something yellow but it had no flavor? I think they depend on the whole flavor profile to carry the pizza. But you need to taste real cheese??? I ate it but it was not fulfilling like a great street pizza one gets in NY City! If NY is a 10, then Domino's is a 4-5. They just don't know how to make a great pizza. It seem consumers have become accustomed to this new standard $24.50 for a 14" pizza and the chicken. Ordered pizza and cinnamon twist it took over an hour initially to get it. And only got the pizza which was in kinda a wet box and we called back about the cinnamon twist because we paid cash for the whole order called back the driver and he came back 20 minutes later with old garlic twist . I used to work for Dominos in my college days when I lived in the Midwest. Needless to say, I was burned out on it and had no desire to eat their pizza for the foreseeable future. Well, my husband loves Dominos. This location is about 10 minutes away from us so I thought I'd surprise him with some pizza and cheesy bread from his favorite pizza chain. First of all, I really hate going to Woonsocket because it's a depressed area and this location specifically isn't very good. However, I had no issues in that regard. When I walked in to pick up my order (I ordered online) it was crazy busy and employees were rushing about. I was greeted immediately by a nice girl and she promptly got my order to me. She was friendly and made small talk while completing my transaction. I was extremely impressed by the level of service I received. My husband loved the surprise. I had a slice of cheese pizza and it was very good! The crust was perfect, crisp yet had some chewy texture to it. I liked the subtle garlic seasoning as well, which I was surprised because I didn't like it before. I didn't try the cheesy bread but my husband seemed to enjoy it. I ordered 2 pizzas, the chocolate lava cake, a sandwich, and a small soda with the online ordering thing they have. Even though I live only a few minutes away they were still really fast. The delivery driver was very nice. He said he got cut off on his way here and had to slam on his breaks so one of the pizzas got messed. I got to keep the messed up pizza and they sent a new one for free. Both pizzas were good, the ingredients tasted fresh and the sauce was yummy. I just wish it had a little more sauce. The sandwich wasn't that good (it was the Italian). The soda was cold. I hate chocolate cake but my friend had told me the chocolate lava crunch cake is good so I decided to give it a try. Although it was a little greasy it was one of the best chocolate cakes I have ever had. The outside had a nice crunch to it and the middle was chocolate lava filling with soft cake. I was never a Domino's fan before I moved to Woonsocket. Normally we got Papa Ginos. However, over the past year and a half, we've been ordering from Dominos on Main St. and our food has always been absolutely perfect. From the moment we click "order" online, to the moment they knock on the door, it's about 15 minutes tops.The food is always hot and fresh, and the delivery person is always extremely friendly. We love that the pizza is only $5.99 for a medium 2-topping, and feel like Dominos is the best value when getting pizza. When my order was delivered, I had an extra box of one lava cake. Apparently someone dropped the original and one was messed up. This was delivered to me this way.
