I hate writing this because Supreme Pizza in Cumberland has been my go-to spot for the last 2 years. Usually, two pizzas disappear instantly when we order from here. Tonight? Totally different story. Honestly, I'm hoping the business was sold or something changed behind the scenes because there's no excuse for how bad it was. The crust tasted like it was cooked in a pan -- thick, soft, and absolutely no crunch at all. It didn't even resemble the pizza I've been ordering for years. Even the cheese looked strange... it had this weird melted orange color that just seemed off. Normally everyone goes back for seconds. Tonight most people stopped at two slices, and I honestly think that was just because they were hungry. I'm going to take a short break and give them another shot down the road because this place has always been one of my favorites. But whoever is making the pizzas right now... please get it together. read more

I go to Supreme Pizza fairly frequently for lunch during the work day. I typically order a chicken Caesar wrap or salad. I find their chicken to be well seasoned and not dry at all! I love the Caesar dressing that they use. We have also ordered a large number of pizzas for work lunches. The food is always ready on time and the pizza gets compliments from our employees. The restaurant itself is small. There are only a few booths and tables. I typically order take out so this isn't a problem for me. They also have online ordering which is really simple - They have never gotten my order wrong from an online order. Overall, I would recommend Supreme Pizza to those in the area for a quick, casual bite or take out. read more

Mixed review here and here is why: 1st visit: Had something to attend close by and had a small window to have lunch. My husband and I pulled in and split a Bacon, chicken, ranch wrap and an order of buffalo wings. I can tell you the wrap was very flavorful and I have thought about it a few times. I want another but I found a hair on a chicken wing. In fairness to Supreme we didn't have time to bring it to their attention to wait while they cooked another order for us. We finished the wrap and left. 2nd visit: (being fair again- during Covid-19 and supporting local) We order a large half cheese/half pepperoni pizza and a small bacon pizza. We were told 20 minutes. We arrived 30 minutes later and still had to wait in the parking lot for 10/15 minutes. They were busy and I am sure with trying to figure out a new way to do business t was stressful. Kudos again to another business for getting it together during the outbreak. Staff were wearing gloves and they did not allow anyone inside (locking the door after deliveries to cars were made.) They are having people re-pay (good idea) but then you cannot leave a tip on a card- cash only. Wish I could write that the pizza was great but it wasn't hot when we got it and barely warm once it got home. The pizza was lacking sauce but I can say... they have the good blue cheese and pepperoni! The pepperoni curled up while cooking, that kind! The blue cheese was chunky and creamy just the way I like it (I dip my crust in it.) I can share the pizza is much better as leftovers the next day with a little garlic salt. read more

I use to love this place. Recently my husband picked up a large pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni. They said 20 minutes it would be ready but it actually took 40 minutes. That's ok- it happens but when he got the pizza home it definitely wasn't extra pepperoni. It happens! Maybe new employees. But I got my bank statement in and I was charged twice. I called and explain I was charged twice. They told me to call back in 15 min. I did and the manager wasn't there so someone took my name and number down and I was told I would get a call back. Great food!!! We were in the area for kids haircuts and decided to try this place while waiting. Definitely worth it. They have amazing pizza. I would say one of the best tasting around. It's taken me some time to write a review for this restaurant because I wanted to give them a second chance. We used to order from them all the time. Then tried a few other local places and ended going back to supreme. However, first time we ordered from them again - it took about 2 hours to arrive! The food arrived cold and we had a hard time reaching the restaurant as it was past the closing time. The next day, I received a call from the owner. He was extremely apologetic. Explained the situation and refunded our money. He asked for us to give them another chance. Since then, we've ordered from them three times. Every time, the food has arrived on time and hot. Always good! My go to for chicken tenders (real chicken and very well flavored), wraps, clubs. My daughter loves their wings and husband loves their pizza. Moral of the story - give a restaurant (especially local) another chance if they mess up. Sometimes, its well worth it! read more

OH MY GOD. There was a frigging staple in my veggie burrito! I was just chewing my very mediocre tasting burrito when all of a sudden my teeth crunched down on something way too sharp and hard to be rice or beans. At first I thought "hmm, this burrito really sucks, so maybe it's just under cooked rice," but thankfully I decided to check. I spit out a staple! A STAPLE. Don't eat from this place. I don't care if you're on your lunch break and they're the only place delivering to you. I don't care if you're wasted and just really need a burrito, trust me, you don't need it that bad. Driver came up to the door and just smoked a cig seconds before coming to the door. The manager argued with my husband about this over the phone. The manager was rude, inexperienced in customer service, and completely out-of-line. He asked my husband if he had been drinking tonight!! What?! Not to mention the steak tip salad was pretty pathetic for $9.00. What happened to the Supreme we used to love? Update: I met with the owner after the rude manager called to tell me the delivery driver was coming by to offer an apology and a $10 gift card. I thought this was really cool until the manager preceded to argue with me again. I hung up the phone and drove to Supreme to talk to the owner. The owner was a nice guy with a lot of pride for his business but I did not feel like he actually listened to me. He made a comment about my husband "cooling off." He kept cutting me off to tell me about how hard his employees work and vented to me about how difficult it is "being in this business." He said he thinks of his business as the NE Patriots. If they have a winning season everyone is on board but if they lose, stadiums aren't filled, etc. Thats probably the worst analogy he could have made considering if you have a losing game (bad customer service and food that's missed its mark), you will lose fans. I left there with a new menu and no gift card. There was no real effort to understand my problem with the rude manager. It was just an owner sticking up for his young, inexperienced manager who was sticking up for his delivery driver. tried finding a healthy option on the menu, ended up getting the mozzarella salad. Came with more croutons than salad. The lettuce was the crap quality kind that's more white than green. I frequent here for lunch and the food is always pretty good. I usually call ahead and pick up on arrival. Most recently I got the buffalo chicken wrap with French fries and it was very filling. The tenders had adequate buffalo sauce. When I requested bbq sauce for my fries they did add an extra charge, about .50. I was a little surprised it wouldn't be complimentary. I also have had their pizza before which is really good. The service always seems rushed but that doesn't bother me since I'm just picking up. read more

Uggh - if I could give a zero star rating, that's what this joint deserves for the "sandwich" they served me. On my way up to Boston, I met a friend who works locally in the area for lunch at Supreme. This same friend told me that the sandwiches at Supreme are excellent. So taking his advice, I ordered a chicken parmigiana grinder. When it arrived, the "chicken" was comprised of two previously frozen foodservice breaded patties that are made up of indescribable chicken cast offs and makes Chicken McNuggests seem premium. The sauce? Out of a big foodservice can from Sysco or Perkins probably - at least it tasted that way. No Italian flavor at all. Isn't this supposed to be an Italian food place? Vote with your feet and your hard earned dollars fellow Yelpsters. Go elsewhere for quality food. No customer deserves to be served crap food like I was. Stopped in on a whim driving home from a day trip. The price was just right but didn't match the flavor. The pizza and steak and cheese sub we got were outstading. Here's another review where I wish we could give 1/2 stars. I would love to give supreme 3.5 stars, but they really don't deserve 4 stars and I wouldn't give them 3 stars usually, but they forgot to deliver my sauces today, so I'm going with 3. My office is in the area, so we order from Supreme quite often. I have had a few of their items but I've come to settle on the marinated grilled chicken tips with a side of their Spanish rice. The chicken is nice and tender with a fantastic flavor from the marinade. Other than today, I usually order and receive bbq sauce and hot wing sauce and mix those together for a dip. Obviously I'm still a little bitter about receiving honey mustard in stead...yeah a little petty. They have a really good cheese steak and chicken parm. I usually order the chicken parm with grilled chicken instead of the fried (see above statement about the marinade). The delivery times can vary. Usually they're within 10 minutes of delivery time however they have been 20 minutes late before and 10 minutes early. Kind of a crap shoot, so be sure to allow enough time. Supreme has all of the standard pizza delivery food. Huge pizzas, an assortment of chicken wings, cheese fries and most importantly jalapeno poppers. I am picky about my poppers and Supreme's passes the test. Delivery is always fast (I might be biased because I live less than 10 minutes away) and service is consistently friendly. They remember you by name and will always call if they have a question on your order. Plus being able to order online is great. read more

Today I ordered a small onion rings and large chicken parmigiana sandwich to stay. I was pleasantly surprise by the service even during a busy lunch shift. The onion rings were brought right to my table and were hot and crispy. Then a few minutes later my chicken parmigiana was delivered to my table. The sandwich was hot and the chicken was juicy. VERY DISAPPOINTED! --! I am new to this area -- and this is only my second attempt at Supreme and both have been not good, but this was a terrible experience! I ordered a Turkey Club, which was cut wrong (never seen a club cut in half), bacon was mostly in the middle not in the sandwich, bread was soggy and cold, and I asked for pickles and I got not even a whole (but half a pickle!). And was charged for the pickles, and also for "Xtra Onion Rings" and I received 7" -- with one packet of ketchup. Everything was cold! I also had a calzone and one half was perfect, other half look like it was stabbed or something...wide open, I removed the other piece to show. We are all struggling and need a job...but this is a horrible experience and I am really disappointed on the owners to allow this. The delivery guy was awesome, and the manager was great --- but I am out 30+ bucks and still trying to find out what to eat tonight. We have generally had semi-acceptable service from Supreme, some orders better than others. Tonight however was a different experience. After an hour wait, our driver arrived and I discovered that my sandwich was missing (1 of 3 orders). I called Supreme and the women that answered was more concerned with verifying my claim than correcting the situation. I was told I would be credited...and she ended with an 'OK' but not an apology. Supreme pizza is a go to favorite for my family once a week. The pizza is always exactly how I want it, which does tend toward the greasier side, but that's the style I like. Their ricotta calzones are delicious, it's hard to find a place in RI that has ricotta as an option, and that's how I thought all calzones were made growing up in CT! The staff deserves a lot of credit for operating so well in such a small space-there's a rhythm they have to consistently meet the expectations of their customers even when the place is slammed with orders, and always with courtesy and friendliness. read more
