This review applies to both the Toney and Harvest stores since we have had identical situations with both. We ordered aPizza and Garlic knots using the app and received notification of a 35 minute delivery time. After 40 minutes the notification said the order was out for delivery. 50 minutes later we still had no order. We called the store and they said the driver was almost there. When complained about the delay and likely cold pizza there wasn't any response or offer to rectify. When the pizza arrived we asked the driver why the long delay and she said that she had too many orders to deliver. She suggested calling the store. As expected the ipizza was cold.and also looked like the box had been dropped. We called the store again and they offered no solution. We said that we we're very unhappy and they said ok. read more

Quality, time, and customer service is terrible. You can get an answer from God quicker than this Dominoes. It's a Sunday night, ordered one small pizza, It has been over two hours since the order was placed and has yet to begin preparation. Been on hold 45 minutes and no one is answering. Ordered my food at 6:20 for pickup because i knew i would be waiting hours for delivery, my pick up time was said to be 7:15-7:20 mind you that's an HOUR to make two pizzas! I get there and tell them i'm here to pick up my pizza and they proceed to tell me they haven't even started making it yet and it'll be at least 20 more minutes. We have had more than one issue with this store and deliveries. Tonite they text me they were on their way. Then driver called stuck at wreck. She said she would call the store and re order. I called to cancel not realizing it was her and she had never left with the order. A half hour later after we cancelled our order, they showed up with the food. The phone number they were calling from was the store so they never had left. I don't know who is running this place. HORRIBLE SERVICE. This is the second time. Covid is no excuse. I don't know what's going on at this location now, but incorrect and lackluster orders are the new norm. Recently I got a spinach and feta pizza w/ no onions & black olives added, neither of which happened. It's especially frustrating to pay extra for a topping I'm not getting. The next time, a bbq chicken pizza with absolutely NO chicken on it. How does that happen? But hey, at least I got the extra toppings I wanted that time. late, late, and even more late. numerous attempts to call and no answer. hung up, was told by the manager to fill out an application because they are hiring, I got blamed for asking the person if i thought they were lying about the lateness or short staff. orders have been wrong but it's pointless to try and correct. Claimed they don't have an order and to call the other location but that's not right. Tracker doesn't work. Was told it "never really does" which doesn't make sense. 2 hours for delivery is not convenient. While I realize everyone is doing their best, I've had too many orders that have went "lost" and too many times they're too busy to answer the phone to figure it out. I would rather have no delivery and have them concentrate on serving the customers well than have the errors that occur. read more

This Domino's is a complete and total joke! I just sat on hold for over 5 minutes and no one picked up the phone. I called back, sat on hold for an additional 3 minutes. Finally, someone answered. I told her my address for delivery, and she puts me on hold AGAIN!!! She gets back on the phone to clarify my road name and then puts me on hold AGAIN!!!!!!!! She then tell me that they can't deliver to my address even though they normally deliver to me at least once a week! I mention that, she gets rude with me. So I ask to speak to the manager because between her attitude and my hold times I'm furious! She then tells me that she is the manager and continues to get rude with me. They seem have to gotten new management. The food quality is going up again. I have given them another chance after being invited back. Been a LOYAL customer of theirs for a few years now. We order at LEAST 3 times a week and the drivers know us really really well bc they've been here and talked with us as long as they've been there. We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them and the ONE TIME I call and I'm gonna need change for something they tell me they can't due to "security reasons" ‍ okay.... so you think I'm gonna give you THOUSANDS of my dollars but yet I'm gonna ROB someone for some CHANGE? y'all lost us!
