It's been a while since we visited our once fav pizza place. Things seemed to had fallen off a bit back then. I gotta say I'm extremely happy we decided to stop by for lunch. This pizza was great. The crust had a good undercarriage and was nice a crisp. Great cheese and toppings. The sauce was perfect. If you haven't been in a while like us, give them another shot. If your pizza comes out like ours did today, you won't be disappointed!

We had great service, and the food was very good. A bit pricey for a pizza joint but worth the visit.

This pizza place was busy! We sat at the bar and it took a while to get served initially. After a bit, the service warmed up and it was better. The food was quite good. We started with some mozzarella sticks. They tasted fresh and the tomato based dipping sauce was flavorful. There was 5 sticks in the order. The pizza comes out super hot! I got a little impatient and took a bit quicker than I should have. It was fantastic! The crust is solid here. Slightly chewy and not too thick. The toppings were a little sparse but overall a good pizza. If I lived here, this would likely be my spot. The 12 inch was really filling and almost warranted a to go box. Check this place out for sure.

The pizza was amazing! The dough is made in store and it tastes like it! The prices are cheaper than the surrounding pizza places. If you like beer they have several options on tap. Definitely a downtown HSV gem. If you are like me, and like lemon with your water, they don't have that option as they do not carry lemon in store. But it's 100% not a dealbreaker as the pizza, the service, and the ambience makes up for it.

This was the most mid pizza I've ever had. I'd rather order from any other fast food restaurant that sells pizza.

The indoor seating area has only four or six tables, so be prepared to eat outside or take it home. The place is very clean and the people are very friendly. I had the cheesesteak sandwich which was delicious. It was packed fully with beef and sweet peppers. It was a little lite on the cheese, but that's ok with me, just so you know. Opted for fries instead of the other sides available. They were very good, hot and crispy. Yes the price is a little high, but that's the world we live in now. It was very comparable to any other sandwich shop or a fast food chain.

The app did not work on my dear friend's I phone, but I just added her order to mine and that worked fine! I did not like you couldn't modify or cancel your order after placing it via the app. I had the American Wagyu French Dip, half sub, 5 inch, no mayo which was $8.73 after the $2 discount, and friend had the Homemade Turkey, small sub, 8 inch, no raw onions which was $10.84. Both sandwiches were made correctly. We arrive 20 minutes prior to the pickup time I indicated on the app and they were just starting the orders. We were the only customers. The staff were all wearing matching uniforms, hats, and plastic gloves [I'm not sure if the cashier had gloves on]. The restaurant interior was tight, and I thought the music was too loud. The restaurant was clean, including the single unisex restroom. The staff were friendly and smiling! They forgot my au jus and were happy to give me a giant container of it, which was overkill for the size of the sub. Dear friend loved her sub. She was very excited to try this Capriotti's since she loved the Bobbie sub she had in Vegas as Capriotti's. I thought Wagyu beef was wasted on a sub sandwich. The sandwich was very filling, the au jus was hot, and I was grateful to have ice water from their fountain machine while friend got a diet drink. I'm not really a sub fan. I never wake up craving a sub. I also thought these were pricy subs! Friend's coke was $3.25. Do know, there is not ample seating inside and the "feels like" temp yesterday was supposed to reach 107 degrees. I was grateful we were able to get indoor seating. I'm glad to have tried Capriotti's; however, I personally don't have a desire to return, because of not being a big sandwich fan. I also just prefer table service and don't want to be constantly walking around to pick up the order, get napkins, refill my water, get the au jus they forgot, throw away my trash, because I've already worked a long day and I prefer to relax while dining.

This restaurant is located…read moreinside the Botanical Gardens but you don't need to pay to eat here, it's located next to the gift shop. Sometimes the food venue in a place like this can be terrible and over priced -- this isn't the case with Fern & Feast Bistro. The food selection here is pretty decent, sandwiches, tacos, salads, burgers, flatbreads etc, most in the $9-12 range. They have some kid options (chicken nuggets, grilled chese, quesadilla, etc) for picky eaters at $6 each. Downside is that the sandwiches etc don't come with fries or chips, so that could increase your meal price. I ordered the Uber sandwich because I feel like that is a good gauge of how the food will be and is pretty standard at most restos. Mine was served relatively quick on an environmentally friendly plate made if recycle paper products (I don't care all that much but I know some people will appreciate that touch). Club was delicious, but make sure to grab mustard and mayo. Bread was toasted just the right amount; it had some char but was not too dry or crunchy. Lettuce and tomato were fresh, and the proportions and amounts of the turkey, ham and beacon was great. But the best reason to come to this place is the scenery. From the back of the narrow seating area you can grab a seat that looks out over the Botanical Gardens or of you keep going back they have outdoor seating available. The weather was wonderful today and so I ate my sandwich on the patio taking in nature and avoiding the man with three children who all needed discipline in their life inside. If you're looking for a place to stop and relax with decent food while the weather is good - this is your place. Give it a shot!
