He briefly explained what he would be doing and told me it would take about an hour. Shortly after 3 PM the work was complete. Joseph made sure there was no broken glass both in the vehicle and on the ground. In my opinion, being 73, Joseph and Villages Auto Glass is OLD SCHOOL Customer Service. In these times that is a HUGE compliment. Villages Auto glass also saved me over $250 on what Safelite wanted to charge me for the same service.

Haven't even seen the car yet. 3/19/24 - Went to pick up car. Polishing compound around the windows clearly visible. Spot on right rear qtr panel un-repaired. What a pain. No communication and poor work. 3/21/24 - Waiting on them to let me know when it's actually ready. Looks like another week waiting on them to finish. Over a month! Keep that in mind! 4/1/24 - poor job on car. Shop not cooperative in fixing their own issues. Manger using profanity because he has no leg to stand on for the poor work and worse communication.
