    2021 High Country Tahoe 4 Wheel Drive

    Just had the pleasure of buying a car from Cecil Clark Chevy and wanted to take the time to let everyone know of our very positive experience there. We've been looking for months to find the Tahoe with the package we wanted to no avail due to the chip crisis. We were able to view the inventory at Cecil Clark online last week and realized they had the unicorn we'd been searching for. I called sales and was able to speak with Mr. Rob Durkin who confirmed the Tahoe was on the lot and not sold. Rob immediately jumped into action and helped us put a deposit over the phone to confirm we were buying the vehicle. What followed was outstanding- Rob kept me informed and even sent me photos showing the "sold" sign and pics inside and out as it went thru detailing. When we arrived, Rob explained the features on the vehicle and helped make the paperwork process easy and smooth. Everyone we encountered was very polite and professional yet relaxed and accommodating. Our kind thanks to the good people at Cecil Clark and especially Mr. Rob Durkin for helping us buy the vehicle we've been dreaming of and shopping for for months!

    Yohan the general manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. Kia of leesburg…read moresold me a car in December. The car was sold to me with an extended warranty. Within 2 weeks of having the car I noticed there was oil leaking on the engine and the car was burning massive amounts of oil. I contacted Kia and brought my car in and they said there was nothing wrong with the car. Here we are in May and one of the sensors in my engine went bad so the car would not drive. I had to bring the vehicle to another dealership where they replaced the sensor and they informed me that the engine is in fact leaking oil. I contact Kia and they want $800 to fix the car that they sold me with an oil leak that has an extended warranty. I have left messages for weeks at kia hoping to speak to a service manager or a manger that cares. Unfortunately the only person that has called is Yohan and he is rude, condescending and has absolutely no knowledge about the dealership that he "runs" I am now stuck with a broken car that I have to pay to fix. I am going to continue to contact Kia corporate and the better business bureau. Please be careful while buying a car. I spent over $20,000 on a broken car!!!!
