Just got my Versace handbag back after a cleaning and a replacement bolt. It looks amazing!!!!

HE KNOCKS ANOTHER ONE OUT OF THE PARK!!!!! Ok, side note....I'm an idiot! Seriously, I put my $4,500 Louis Vuitton on a freaking stove and accidentally turned it on high! Next thing I know, I have an expensive $4,500 fire!!!! What an idiot! The bottom was completely charred, LV's falling off everywhere (hysterically crying as I type this). You could see right through to the inside of the freaking bag!!! In a panic, I put out the fire and call Dom (embarrassed as hell!) I tell him what a moron I am and ask if I can bring the bag in and see if he can work his magic. I'm up there bright and early the following day to show him the carnage. He agreed that I did a number on it but he would try to fix it anyway (you have no idea how relieved I felt!) I really thought I just threw $4,500 out the window (or up in flames!) This was not an easy fix. He had to repair the binding and try to match the leather and pattern and salvage the "feet" and original leather straps. I was for sure he was going to tell me it would be impossible. Well, today I picked up my bag-guess what? IT'S PERFECT!!!!!!! It is BEYOND PERFECT!!!! It looks like I was never the idiot that lit their purse on fire! Everything matches, the leather, the pattern, even the natural Patina!!! I was BLOWN AWAY!!!!! I honestly am so, so grateful for Dom. He has salvaged many of my bags that I thought were beyond repair. He is a GENIUS!!!!! Hopefully, I don't light anymore purses on fire, but if I do, I know where to go!!! THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES, Dom!!!! Check out my pitiful before and beautiful after pictures! Ladies, this is the guy you entrust your nice purses with!!!!! A MILLION STARS!!!!

I brought my old Dr Marten oxfords in for repair. These shoes have seen better days but, they have a lot of sentimental value to me. I have literally walked a whole lot of miles in the shoes in a lot of far away places. They have held up very well and lasted a long time. I have tried to get them repaired at a couple of other places and no one wanted to touch them. Dom's said they could resole them and do a much needed repair to the heel that involved some restitching. Viola, I have my new refurbished Dr Martens. From all appearances the job is top notch and the charge was 65.00. Now I know that new Dr's are about $80.00 but they are made in Thailand and I think are of lesser quality. These old ones are made in England and in my mind superior. The one thing about Dom's that could be improved is to get rid of the smoking in the store and run a vacuum in the customer area. Yea, I know it;s a shoe repair place but it would make it a little nicer. It would have moved it up to 4 stars, 5 stars if he could have repaired my vegan shoes.

Had 2 pairs of Really expensive shoes to be re soled with protective rubber soles and I couldn't be happier with the result....not only I was charged half of the price of other places in the area but looked great and done quickly.....The owner I assume was knowledgeable of what I needed done and very friendly....my new place to

Destroyed my $1,000 shoes and damaged a few other pairs. I'll never go back here or recommend this place.

$5 for a good shoe shine. Two thumbs up for service and being the only place open on a Saturday in the summer.

$47 to resole a single pair of shoes. Regardless of how they turn out, I think that's quite a lot of money.

They look AWESOME and most importantly, don't look super masculine--the heel looks totally fashion forward.

Good shoe repair, decent job on my shoes. Needs to get a little more organized in the shop though.read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. This is…read morehands down the most unprofessional, dishonest, and poorly run repair shop I have ever dealt with. Back in May, I dropped off a shoe and a designer bag to be repaired. When I returned, only the shoe was done. The bag the main item I needed for a trip wasn't touched. I had to leave for my trip WITHOUT it, even though they had more than enough time to finish the work. Then the madness began. The owner kept calling me from July through October saying the bag was "ready," even though life was hectic and I couldn't pick it up right away. When I finally went in recently, they suddenly "couldn't find" my bag. I came back the next day, and the story changed again they claimed that if an item is there "too long," they donate it. Let me be VERY clear: You don't "donate" a Prada bag. You sell it. Their excuses were pathetic, their attitude was rude, and their accountability was ZERO. Instead of taking responsibility for losing (or selling!) my property, they basically shrugged and told me it wasn't their problem because I didn't pick it up fast enough even though they were the ones who failed to repair it on time in the first place. I had to call the police because the behavior was so shady, and honestly I regret not taking them to court. This place is a scam. They are careless with people's belongings, they lie without hesitation, and they clearly have no policies to protect customers' items. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING OF VALUE. I wouldn't let them fix a shoelace after this experience. Save yourself the headache, the stress, and the loss. They will get their karma but in the meantime, let this review be your warning.
