Here is an excerpt from the email I sent to them, which went unanswered: - Originally I was quoted a discount price on the dryer vent cleaning that I was told was a greater discount than the military discount. At the completion of the service, the dryer vent discount was not offered and so I paid more for the service. - I was also told that the service would take approximately 3 hours to complete, and then was told by the technician that arrived that it take approximately 2.5 hours. He was done in 75 minutes and appeared to be in a hurry. No explanation was given as to why the work was done early. - There was dirt and debris located in every room after the technician left. I spent almost an hour vacuuming floors and furniture to clean up the mess left behind. - The brand new filter was still accumulating large pieces of dust and dirt after the service was completed. I was told the vents were completely cleaned. Disappointed to say the least....

They did a of damage and within a day or they had begun removing damage flooring and drywall. They set up dehumidifiers and fans for a couple of weeks and came to our every day or so to check on the progress. They also have taken care of all the necessary arrangements with the insurance company. Both myself and my wife are extremely happy with their professionalism and their expertise. We have used Stanley for quite a few years now to clean our ducts every spring. They always do a…read moregreat job and are very professional. This time, they forgot to vacuum up the debris left behind under every duct and left. We called right away because it was quite the mess. Did I mention this was 2 months ago? We've called 4 times, sent photos and are always told the right department "isn't answering". Of course it's past the time of them cleaning it up (hello, 2 months), but a partial refund is the least they can do. Worst of all, they ask us to keep calling back to resolve it - instead of just making it a priority and resolving it themselves.
