The truck is ran by a really sweet young lady whose family is from Peru (hence the name)! She incorporates the Peruvian flavors into her dishes and they are dynamite. And when it's deep fried, it is so good! Be careful with the spicy sauce on the side if you can't handle heat, because it's pretty spicy! I also had my first churro here and I loved it!
