It just opened a few months ago and I've already visited 3 times. That's how amazing the place is. Is a Raw Bar concept restaurant specialize in raw fish with a Peruvian twist. The place inside is stunning. Small intimate space with a sexy chic vibe. Perfect for a romantic date night. The staff is welcoming and attentive. I've always sit at the bar because I feel the service is more personalize and unique. We had the pleasure to meet the chef and let me tell you "she's a force to be reckoned with". Super talented. Kudos to her. There is a variety of prefixed oysters, our favorites are the AWWA signature and the tartar and tempura oysters. Both unique and delicious. For me, ceviches are the star of the menu. The fish tastes fresh with interesting flavor combinations. My top two were the maracuyá & salmon and the coconut tuna ceviche. As main course we ordered the whole fish a lo macho, honestly one of the best fish dishes I've ever eaten, incredible! And the Peruvian Stir-Fry filet mignon, also amazing.
