We specifically asked about pricing before booking and were told it would be $60 for six people. Naturally, we assumed that was true.... What they conveniently fail to explain upfront is that the $60 is only the "sitting fee" and we were never told until after our photos were taken that the pictures themselves would be an additional cost. The actual shoot was fine, but after that they made us wait over an hour and a half after the session just to receive our photos and check out. We were taken into a small room and the employee showed us a slideshow with packages starting at $500 minimum. For quick funny vacation family photos, those prices are beyond ridiculous. These are not luxury portraits or wedding photos so why are they charging as such?? What's worse is that there were no affordable digital options available either. Instead, the cheapest photo option is $47 per individual print before fees and taxes. I ended up paying a $20 "sitting fee" for two people plus $55 after tax for ONE unframed 8x10 print. That pricing is laughable. The entire business model feels designed to mislead customers upfront and pressure them into spending hundreds after they've already invested their time into the shoot. The customer service only made the experience worse. Despite repeatedly mentioning that we had a six hour drive home and needed to leave, the front desk/sales employee continued rambling about her personal life instead of simply completing the transaction. What should have been a quick and fun experience dragged into a frustrating two and a half hour ordeal. And on top of that, they gave us a wrong photo so we went back into to get the one we paid for and they gave us the wrong one again. I had high hopes when I saw they had 4.9 stars on google but after looking on other platforms (after our bad experience) and seeing much lower ratings, it's obvious they're deleting their bad reviews. Read the negative reviews carefully because they describe exactly what happened to us. This place relies on misleading advertising, high pressure sales tactics, and hidden pricing to make money. Avoid it unless you're prepared to spend far more than they initially lead you to believe.

They also offered their photobooth service at a discounted combination rate. I LOVED their props. These are not typical props at all! Amish beard, cat mask, lightsabers. They were so much fun to work with. In other weddings we've attended, sometimes machines break down or they run out of paper (I know, what?!) But we didn't have any of these issues. Additionally, they sent us a super cute photo box with a USB of our photos and a lot of the print outs! One piece of advice I have for any couple is to have a mirror around, or ask your photographers to see yourself before the photos begin. Simply because my bangs didn't look as good as I wish they did. Oh well, the photos still turned out great and I loved the little details that made their photos even more romantic It was such a pleasure working with them and I would def recommend them to anyone. We're pretty laid back and didn't have a lot of specifications about what we wanted and Justin was just so comfortable taking the lead. He made us feel at ease in front of the camera and captured so many beautiful candid moments of us and our guests. We had two 80 person ceremonies, a traditional Indian one and an American one. Both nights, Justin hustled to get every shot we didn't even know we wanted. His energy is so much fun to be around and all out guests made comments about how hard he worked and how friendly he is. Cody our photographer made everything comfortable. From joking with the kids, putting the girl headbands on, or just making a mockery of himself to keep the mood light and energy positive.
