Sooo overpriced, and staff isn't good with direction or organization. We thankfully did a Groupon which got us a super cheap price for the sitting fee an a 8x10. We mainly did this for the experience- but this was sub par. We had to make an appt but yet had to wait. People were doing shoots on top of each other. You're able to pick your outfit but no direction on what to put on and how to put it on. We were there for almost an hour and a half. After all the images got edited they tried to sell us on an $800+ package. No way. The quality of the print we did get was super blurry. We've had a better experience at other places. read more

We came across this as a Groupon deal and wanted to give it a try. We were hesitant as we have not done this style before. Also walking in you see everyone taking the photos right there where everyone can see. First thought "we don't want to do the photos where everyone can see". Cody our photographer made everything comfortable. From joking with the kids, putting the girl headbands on, or just making a mockery of himself to keep the mood light and energy positive. He is great at what he does but it's a huge plus to have someone care more about your experience than his own image. Alexis was also very kind throughout the wait and shoot. Going back and forth trying to keep all the guests happy and moving forward. I will say there was a good amount of a wait. Bring your patience and mark off some time. We were there at our appointment and stayed 2.5 hours total. My only negative comment will go to the pricing. I was told we are getting a price that they shouldn't be giving to help us out since we were on a budget with 4 kids. Seemed like they were really trying to help us since we did like the photos and I tried to make it work. Just to find out the couple after us and some on these yelp reviews paid significantly less. This is the second time our family has done an old time photo. We found a Groupon online for a free sitting fee and 8x10 print for $10! What a deal. We did make a reservation ahead of time, and received several reminders before the appointment which was helpful. We went to the wrong location at first, but drove 10 minutes down the road for this location. It's located in a small strip mall and doesn't look like much from the outside. It was a bit intimidating when we walked in. The place was packed and we didn't want to wait super long. After about 5 minutes someone greeted us and took us back, to our surprise the building had many rooms down a hallway. We were able to pick out our own outfits after selecting our genre. They took about 20 photos in two different rooms. Then we went to view the photos. Of course we loved them all and opted for the full digital rights which was $250! But we received all photos and printing rights. We had a good time, but was a bit chaotic when we first arrived. Glad we got the deal and love the photos! read more

There are so many old time photos in the area so I made sure to check the reviews in the area to make sure I found the perfect one. I was able to book online to ensure we didn't have to wait but their site was a little odd because everytime I tried to book it said their was an error but then 24 hours before I got 3 emails saying I was booked for 3 different times. I called and they got it all cleared up but you have to call and confirm your appointment I'm surprised they haven't just had a text you could reply to. Once we got there we were greeted kindly and they got us started. They were super helpful getting dressed and picking the perfect fit. The photographer was great and quick and asked if there was any other poses we wanted to do. At the end we had 29 photos to look through. They edit them super quick. I got a groupon and trying to get scheduled when my daughter was here was ridiculous. So we didnt end up getting the picture done while she was in town. The place reeked of B.O. when we walked in, but the employees were nice. As we walked in some lady was yelling at an employee that they are scammers and took her money, not sure what the situation was. We put on our outfits and took a few different pictures with different backgrounds. Plan for at least an hour while there. At the end you wait about 20-30 minutes for them to review the pics then show you the best ones and you decide what you want. The groupon was for one picture which is all that we wanted. I felt that they had several choices for your background and style as opposed to my past experiences. Our photographer, Jessie, helped dress me, and did her best to get the look we wanted in both attire and pictures. The shots were great, and they offered both individual options and packages with digital options. I appreciate in the picture preview and purchase room that Jennifer seemed to take what we wanted in consideration and not play on emotions or put unnecessary pressure on us to purchase more than we wished. Hard to say enough good about our experience here. My wife and I sat for a "western" photo during our honeymoon and thought it would be fun to do another family picture with our three young children. We found Wild Gals on Groupon (neither of us could remember where we did the honeymoon picture!) and found it hard to pass up the exceptionally discounted deal. We made our purchase then called the next morning to schedule (for our deal you had to call to schedule vs. others who can potentially "walk in" for a session). Regardless we got right in the same day. We were greeted promptly and the host took my wife and girls back right away to fit costumes. Once they returned they outfitted my son and I then we were right in to the shoot. They used two primary spaces in their facility each with a different decor and props. Even then they took multiple angles and moved different props (rifles, pistols, dynamite, barrels, money bags) in and out to give us plenty of variety. The shoot time was probably an hour. Our photographer Melanie did an amazing job of efficiently moving us from setting to setting and pose to pose. She knew exactly how to arrange our group as a whole, just the kids, Mom and Dad, etc. After the shoot, the photos were edited and ready for viewing in about 15 minutes. We were floored how good they were! Against our expectations, we bought the bundle as every pose and variation (serious, girls smiling, all smiling, etc.) was really, really good. Nicole was wonderful walking us through picture by picture, explaining the pricing, and so on. I say "against expectations" because we were assuming only one or two shots to pic from but, as I say, they were all wonderful. We had a blast, the kids had a blast, and we think 100% worth the price (even without the Groupon!). read more

I'd say it's about a 3.5 My husband and I came to get photos to commemorate my 6th "sobriety birthday". We got a Groupon to use at the studio and it was a great deal. The staff were friendly. The woman who did the styling was probably my favorite. Our photographer (Caleb) also did our consultation. I'm not sure why, but everything we told him during the consultation he didn't do and/or he forgot. He even asked more than once what our relationship was to each other (even though we talked to him about our wedding and he asked us how long we'd been married). Biggest bummers were that he missed some major details (at least 6 inches of my hoop skirt were visible in ALL of my individual photos, my hat was too high on my head, he didn't edit out my blinks and the cropping was a bit too wide). Because of this we couldn't purchase individual photos and I only had a couple of ours together I liked at all. I spent 4 years training hundreds of photographers for a national chain studio and have worked doing weddings for over 2 decades as a part time job so I know how hard it is to take good photos. This is why I'm still giving them a 4 instead of a 3. I just felt like we weren't really listened to for what we wanted (for example, we wanted pics with guns in them and he didn't do them in any of our pics together and just did them for my hubby alone - even though we told him that's something we definitely wanted). He also asked a lot of the same questions over and over. I'm not sure why. During the sales process Nicole didn't even catch that there were blinks that weren't edited out. I was surprised by that. What I DID love though was that she didn't pressure us to buy extra photos from our Groupon. She asked once and then took no for an answer. Thank you for not being pushy. It was a fun experience, but considering that EACH digital image is $50 it definitely can get costly. If we had another Groupon I'd definitely come back with my sister and nieces and try again to see if we can get a different experience. read more

WAIT UNTIL YOU GET BACK IN YOUR CAR BEFORE LEAVING THE REVIEW! So on this strip you will find multiple other old time photo shops and they will disclose the price to you over the phone in advance! But this place WON'T- at least that was our experience. On a positive note the photos were AMAZING. So they're definitely a professional studio but if you're looking to budget on vacation, you might want to go somewhere else. The only reason I'm giving this rating is because of how they pushed us to leave a review before they take you in a back room (my husband fell for it ) and show you the photos then discuss the prices. The best photography experience we've had! Not just limited to "Old Time" photos! We didn't have a reservation but Lexus fit us in, she was very bubbly and expertly dressed my wife and spiffed me up! She spent a lot of time with us to make sure we looked our best, she was younger than us but felt like my mom getting me ready for school haha! Caleb was our photographer, he was very (gentle?) and we felt very comfortable following his directions to get the perfect pose. Photos at Wild Gals was such a wonderful experience! My husband has been wanting to do this for years and we found a Groupon which spurred aour booking. We got their a few minutes before our appointment and Chelsea welcomed us. She gave us a little info and then gave us time to choose between their 3 themes and suggested everyone use the restroom prior to starting the process. When we were all ready she explained taking the girls back first to get us ready (cause girls take longer!) and then she'd get the boys started. She was very friendly and made us feel like anything we wanted to do was perfectly fine. She was kind in letting us know she could get different sizes, swap out items, etc. she made sure we were all satisfied with our looks. She was even patience and didn't flinch when my daughter decided she no longer wanted to dress as a cowboy but wanted to dress like me in a corset and skirt instead. She again, had no issues when we decided the corset was too revealing on my daughter and we decided to change to a dress. Once we were situated she took us to the back room with the requested theme. Chelsea did an amazing job directing everyone, positing our bodies, props, and making everything just seem less. When it was time to look at pictures Jennifer took us back to a room and went over everything with us. She did a great job going over all the packages and listening to what we wanted. We planned on just getting the 8x10 (of our family of 5) that was our Groupon deal but they did such a fabulous job we ended up purchasing one of just the 3 of our kids. Jennifer was fabulous! My husband and I both commented on how great she was at selling the pictures with commentary and specific to us. We really would have bought all of it were within our budget. When we decided against something she was NEVER pushy! She went with what we wanted and made us feel great in our decisions and not bad that we didn't choose more.
