They never dug a hole or even got a camera in the pipes. I called Johnson Family Plumbing and he was out quickly for a second opinion. He got a camera in the pipe and found my collapsed sewer pipe quickly. He came up with a plan to replace, inspect the internal pipes, mill & jet, and potentially line if they needed it. They replaced the collapsed line in one day and came out after passing inspection to mill and jet the internal pipes. After milling, Mike said everything looked good and it didn't need to be lined.
