We were in town from 6 hours away for our sons hockey tournament when a Jeep we had purchased the day before from a different dealer (a couple hours away from them) for our daughter (her first vehicle) decided it wanted to go into starter protection mode. We were supposed to be leaving the same day we got the Jeep towed to Baraboo Motors to get home to our dog who became extremely sick while we were gone. My wife and kids were totally concerned we would not be able to head home. Well, thanks to Samantha and her team we were able to get on the road in just a couple of hours all fixed and safe for the journey home! There really is not enough wonderful things I can say about our experience! Thank you for being such caring and wonderful people!

DUH .I paid bill ,very frustrated with being ripped off. when I went to leave I found a part from under my dash was removed and sitting on my passenger seat full of dirt and debri all over my seat. also drivers door panel was half removed , keeping my door from operating /opening. so all in all I paid them $400 buck to leave with my jeep worse than when I brought it in. then I get an auto text asking about my experience and to call manager, Kurt Beale if I wasn't satisfied . I did ,explained and was told he would call me back. of course , NO CALL. Take your vehicle anywhere but there or you'll be writing a bad review here also. good luck with them and watch your wallet.

Buyer BEWARE! Before purchasing any auto from here make sure you do your own research and get a…read moreCarFax! We purchased an auto from here that one year later, while attempting to trade it in at a legitimate 3rd generation owned car dealership in business since 1934, we were handed a CarFax showing that this car had been totaled by an insurance company due to an accident 1 yr prior to our purchase. This car was deemed by them as unsafe, unsellable and therefore worthless. This legitimate dealership was shocked that this car was sold let alone without disclosure of that information. (This was all much worse than our first disappointment, when 3 days after purchase, the battery had to be replaced by us.) The owner of Absolute Auto amongst the denial of responsibility, false statements, and blame shifting, he actually did acknowledge his knowledge of this fact prior to the sale of the auto to us, going so far as to say his shop did the work on the wrecked vehicle, but did not disclose any of it to us. Even then, he went on to accuse the well established and legitimate dealer of being the wrong doer in the situation. There was absolutely no mention of any kind to us prior to the purchase that this car had been in an accident, let alone one that caused the insurance company to deem it a total loss. He charged top blue book value on a vehicle he knew it was not worth and he would not get if the purchaser was aware of its history. A complaint had to be filed against Absolute Auto and its owner with the State of Wisconsin resulting in a sanction being issued against this dealer for not disclosing this information. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the hassle and headache or worse the risk to your safety and go to a legitimate dealership that follows standards when inspecting and selling vehicles.
