Unheard-of from most Freightliner shops. My previous experiences with DEF problems usually end up being in shop for 3 days to 1 week. By the way, the US government really messed up with DEF requirements because of the cost of repairs companies are incurring. They have friendly staff and very comfortable drivers room. They also have laundry machines and showers. PLEASE, some of you drivers use the showers because some of you smell really bad.

Presumably they do things with/sell trailers. But I had to give a rating to this place based on the following story. This is part 2. A woman notices me, makes eye contact, and starts walking toward me as I approach. "Can I help you?" "Yeah. I'm out of gas. Do you have ANY idea where I could get some?" "Hmmm... all we have is diesel here. Just a second." The other guys at the display trailer go about their business chatting amongst themselves. She starts walking past the front entrance of the store into a gated area. She asks a group of another 4 guys if they have any suggestions and they all look blankly (I'm starting to see a trend here) and shake their heads. She finds another woman and they mumble to each other and head further into the gates. I follow. The second woman points to a spot on the lot and the first woman pulls out a gas can. A wave of relief pours over me. She pours the first gas can into a second smaller plastic gas container. I'm not sure why she did that since she pretty much emptied the first can into the second with about a half a gallon of gas. "Thank you SO much," I say. "I'll give you a ride to your car." "You don't have to do that. I'm just down the road," pointing to my car. "It's no problem. I want to get away from here anyway." "Ok." We get in her car and I come to find that a nearby river overflowed and they were under 3-4 feet of water for about a week. The week before, I-94 and Hwy 33 had been closed for several days. She gives me directions to Exit 108, I drip the contents of the gas can into my car and make it two miles to fill up my car. I filled up her gas can and returned it thanking the woman profusely. None of the other men at Big O's were very friendly, but I can see their attitude when trying to clean up after a big ol' mess. The woman that helped me may have had ulterior motives to give me a ride, but she didn't have to work as hard as she did to get me the little gas they had. That's the kind of helpfulness I expect from a small town. So if you need a trailer, and aren't far from Portage, WI, stop in at Big O's. Or if you ever find yourself stupid enough to run out of gas in the middle of Wisconsin, know that there will be at least one person around willing to help you out.

Placed a call to Lodi Shell not expecting an answer but was incredibly surprised by the positive tone and urgency that Bryan responded. He was incredibly quick, took less than 20 minutes just as he provided as an ETA. He quickly used the battery pack to start car. After hearing we had over 100 miles to our next destination, he said he would be hesitant to drive that far due to possible damage to alternator. He said he would be happy to check if they had the correct battery. We followed him back to the shop in Lodi, he quickly found the correct battery and changed 100 times faster than I could have done it. Not only was Bryan an incredibly nice guy, he also talked about how he really liked working for the owner (don't hear that much nowadays) and the generous support the owner provided to the community. 100% recommend Lodi Shell! Thanks for saving a long day Bryan.

Was told the clutch was bad found the water pump was leaking so under warranty they fixed took them 3 weeks and than returned it to me like the photo below. Took it back to them got the response that they had to put new hose clamps on. Tested fine so they gave me it back 2 days later same thing so back up there again now was told it's leaking at another fitting and will be Friday till the parts come in. So out of a month I've had it for 3 days able to drive it once. I would not recommend going to this place anymore as they don't communicate unless you call or go there. And there service has went down hill

Then I needed a part and it took 4 more months. The part came in, they started to work on my Moto and suddenly I need a new engine costing$6000. The Moto only had 600 miles. Like brand new. The initial diagnosis was wrong. Charged me $400 for diagnosis and gave me my machine back in pieces. The work order made no sense. The employees that made initial dx had already left or been fired. They made no effort to make me whole. Certainly being a women didn't help. Maybe they should decrease their ridiculous inventory and get some good employees. I was very disappointed and will go anywhere but there in the future.
