John looked me in the eye and told me he had never seen this problem, he'd have to do some research. He'd call a buddy who is an expert on this device and be back Friday AM. Come Friday, he walked in with a part and said that the buddy never returned his call, but this was the most logical problem. He replaced the part and things work perfectly now. Prior to John, I was told by a plumber that I had major work required that would cost a bundle. I found John to be very personable, prompt, honest, forthright and professional. He isn't afraid to tell you he doesn't know something and he is willing to research a problem. He saved me from going down an expensive rat hole. John will be my plumber until he retires!

He called me back about 10am from out of town but requested if he could stop by about "noon' time: and HE DID 1pm! He took one look and started taking his first of many trips to his truck and came back with a ladder and camera and found a leak at the 3 clock side of the connection. It was a very difficult repair. The steel ring holding the toilet was totally rusted out. But he had the tools in the truck . He not only had the tools in the truck he had all the parts to return the entire toilet to NEW CONDITION and rolled out at 2:45pm and I had a new toilet for HALF THE COST ANTICIPATED . I WAS STUNED. as a register professional engineer he exceeded my highest expectations . He knew what to do, how to do it, prepared to do it, and pleasant and friendly doing it. We had a very disappointing experience with this company…read more Before booking, I specifically explained our situation (flooded basement) and made it clear that I wasn't sure whether we needed an electrician or a plumber. I was explicitly told that the technician they send would be able to assess the situation and guide us on next steps, as they are trained across multiple areas. However, the technician who arrived immediately said this was not his responsibility and that he couldn't help. No assessment, no guidance, no attempt to assist -- just a $200 charge for a visit that provided zero value. This felt very misleading. If the company knew they were sending someone who could not handle or even evaluate the situation, that should have been communicated upfront. Charging customers for a service call without providing any actual service or direction is not acceptable. I would strongly recommend confirming exactly who they are sending and what they are qualified to do before booking.

These guys are awesome! They tell you what is what right from the start. The owner came out and…read morechecked our clog during off hours and got it so we could get the kids a bath that night. He came back the next day to do a better assessment and discovered we would need to remove our very old drain trap. His crew came out the very next day and removed it after cutting a small access hole in the hall ceiling. They guys were quick and efficient and discovered a very old rag lodged in was the clog. In doing so they also discovered a rotted spot that could have cause thousands in damage. Had we gone with anyone else I don't think that would have been caught and we could be up to our eyeballs in water damage. These are now my go to plumbers and I hope you will give them a shot too! The pricing is mid-range but they do a through job and check adjacent areas for damage to keep your pipes on the up and up. Thanks again guys!
