She spoke to me and answered my questions and was customer service friendly but did not allow me to shop independently. I was dressed in a professional manner and had no where to conceal anything and had no intention of stealing. I felt disgusted, disrespected and targeted as i was the only shopper in the store. I left and will not return.

I feel like this store is the queen of bait and switch. They have shelves marked with discounts…read morethat are never given at checkout. They may have good prices but they are rude and liars. I have also found items priced in English pounds rather than American currency.

I have to say I have never shopped at old navy before until recently. The reason why I never…read moreshopped here is because the quality of the clothing is very poor. Some of their clothing are still cheaply made but you can't beat 5$ flannel pj's for holiday gifts :) and of course I got some for myself too! I also love their thick cozy socks. Depending on what you shop for there it could be good or bad I guess. I was here on a weekend and it was extremely crazy. There were 35 people in front of me. I'm not over exaggerating. I did count LOL. I was in line probably for about like 10 minutes, so that wasn't bad. I would probably avoid going here on the weekends. Possibly avoid during the holidays in general. Always check out the clearance section, because you can find shirts for as low as two dollars which is awesome. Especially for my growing toddler. There are a ton of employees that work here which is awesome but need some training. The cashiers were super nice. Nicer than the ones on the floor. They were not mean directly towards me but it's not hard to hear conversation among themselves about work and the store in general.

However, I believe that has all changed. My last few experiences during and not during the holiday season, have been delightful. Whether I have had a return or a purchase, I have been able to get in and get out. I believe the self check out has truly helped Get the lines through efficiently. I'm not a big fan of self checkouts however these work for Kohl's.

I was…read moreinterested in baby cameras/monitors and there were plenty to choose from but only had prices listed on a few. I picked up a $ 9.99 rattler which was on baby register list . Got to self check out that only takes credit cards. It said declined on card which made no sense. I tried again and it kept showing waiting on approval ....for about 5 min till I pulled card out. Not one employee in sight. After over 10 min. I Walked around to the one single register with a cashier to ask if it will finally clear out on my credit card and she said it would. I asked if I she could just check out my 1 item with cash. she said I would but I have to go around and wait in back of line. I expressed that I had already been waiting and some lady who was checking out the whole time at self check in another area, loudly told me "if you want to be checked out you have to go get in back of line". I decided to try self again on different register and card. Same thing. Same lady kept loudly & rudely telling me how to do it & that I didn't do it like she told me. I told her that I don't work there so why is she being so rude. She said I was the rude one & she is off the clock & that I should be glad I was getting free help. I wasn't aware that I was suppose to pay for service to check myself out. She said everything so loud & with such a condescending tone that I was very embarrassed. On the clock or off, employees should be respectable to the customers. I have had to self check at most stores. There's usually an assistant in the area to assist in any problems as needed. In fact I used the same card at Hobby Lobby self check 30 min later, no problem. My purchase of a $9.99 baby rattler experience at this store was not good. Other items I had planned to purchase off my Great Grandbabys "Baby List" such as the monitor camera, stroller, etc. will be purchased elsewhere. As far as the off duty condescending woman, it looked like she needs some training in customer service.

Store well stocked and organized . Not many patrons but I didn't feel like searching for the perfect item. So, the infamous gift card does the trick! I am also impressed that Forever 21 is being size conscious with having 1x-2x size clothing for the full figured and plus size clientele. I was giving the shirts I purchased to my sister as her belated birthday gift. The store is very clean and well stocked and if you don't see something out on the floor the sales people will go in the back and see if they have what you're looking for in their inventory. Wonderful service and great clothes and this place is worth visiting.
