I got a text saying that I would have to pay $156.90 for Diagnostic, Drivability Concerns. For a loud noise I assumed it was heat sheild. I called Meineke to talk to someone reguarding this text.When I called the person that I talked was unprofessional and to told me that I would have to pay for the digonistic test and if they cant find anything then they would have to dig deeper to find the inssue and could not give me any information about the estamate. I was told that his mechanics don't work for free. I went in to pick up my car with answer why the car was making the noise. I was told that they took it for a test drive and said that the car was loud. That's all the information that I was told and That was the main reason that I took the car there was to get looked at. After picking up my car I went to a manichic, he took it for a test drive and looked under the car and with in 15 min he told me that it was the heat sheild he fixed the issue.
