    Bean and cheese Gordita

Wow!!! This food truck is insane. They have a ton of options from tacos, and tortas, to gorditas and chalupas. That can ALL be made vegetarian. The beans do NOT have lard or bacon in them. (side of beans is for my meat eating sister lol) The owner of the food truck is so sweet and accommodating. I definitely will be back to get more Gorditas. They are bomb! Try Doña Kika's out!

Brisket was dry and lacked seasoning

Hands down the worst Gordita ever ! I went to an event at aquaducks bar and I tried a asada Gordita ,the Gordita shell was hard as a rock, asada had no flavor , when I tried to return it they said they don't give refunds. I thought maybe because they were busy was the reason. I was treated so poorly! I started a new job and they have food trucks for breakfast and their truck was here , some girlfriends motivated me to go ahead and give them a second shot we all ordered the brisket and egg taco , we all agreed it was dry and had no flavor I will never return to this poor quality food truck ever!

These guys were sitting outside ranger creek at the hatch chili beer release. The food they served paired well with the spicy beer. I got the chalupa with beans and rice ... super fresh... masa made fresh and cooked to crispy perfection... your choice of meat... Steak, chicken, pork, chicharon... I got the pork... very tender and flavorful... stuffed with pico and cilantro... served with lime and your choice of red or green hot sauce. I asked for both and preferred the red. They said the red was spicier but I couldn't tell. The red was more flavorful and had a base of Guajillo pepper! Yum! Both tasted herby and delicious... simple, complex, traditional... yum...

    Top:quesadilla Bottom: Gordita

Their truck is Here at a school event and we decided to try it. Got the Texas Gordita and quesadilla (both carne asada). It was ok. We had better and cheaper. At least they came out and made business.

The menu. She has more items on her actual truck.

I've been searching for a really good Cuban sandwich for a long time, and this was exactly what I was looking for. But we went on a Friday night around 6pm and half of the trucks weren't open. The alcohol one wasn't open either! We were waiting around to see if maybe they're just behind because we saw a guy there, but nope. There was barely anyone there besides us. This place is fun and clean, and has so much potential. Hopefully it gets more traffic and more trucks open up.

I absolutely love Rosas Kitchen!…read more I've been visiting their food trucks for two years now, and the quality of their food and service hasn't changed since they opened! Since, my last review they did move locations and are now located across from Dos Sirenos and next to Leche de Tigre. Their new location still has plenty of parking and it is very easy to access. I love getting food from them on Mondays when most other local restaurants are closed. My go-to is their taquito plate from asada or al pastor. Both choices are absolutely delicious and one plate is enough the keep you full for the rest of the day. I also love that they have different aguas frescas that they keep rotating on their menu. Last but not least, the staff is always amazing and super friendly. Definitely give this women-owned and latinx-owned food truck a chance next time you are in southtown!

The kids kept it simple with bean and cheese, chorizo and egg, and bacon and egg tacos. I wanted to enjoy their Chilaquiles and Eggs a la Mexicana tacos and I did. Paloma was amazing at getting our tacos out to us. She was friendly and greeted the regulars by their name. It was pretty cool. Em wanted a drink so we got a tasty and refreshing strawberry limonada. I topped things off with the El Works taco...glad I didn't skip on that. It was just a great morning to enjoy breakfast tacos under a pink canopy. I was glad I did...you should come out and often, too.
