I highly recommend Donahue transportation. I can't say that I have one bad thing to say about this company and especially in transportation services, I have found that nearly impossible to achieve yet they have. I use them daily for transportation and know many others who do also. Kevin is always willing to accommodate the Clientele and sometimes above & beyond. I wouldn't hire another company because they are cordial with time and making you feel safe while flexible with scheduling to serve your every transportation need. read more

I encountered the Donahue van on route 140 in Gardner this morning. I had slowed to 40 mph as I approached the lights, which were green. The van came up very fast behind me, but veered into the turning lane, and then leaned on the horn and tried to push me out of the lane. He/she then passed behind me, passed me on my right, and got in front of me and put on his brakes before taking off. It was very aggressive and hazardous driving. What an absolutely disgusting company. I had to use them for medical transportation. The vans are are completely disgusting and stink like cigarettes and body odor, they show up a half hour early or a half hour late, and expect us to call them then when we are done with our appointments but our times are scheduled. They speed recklessly and put their passengers lives at risk. The inside of the vans are absolutely nauseating I don't even want to touch the handles to get out because they are sticky and stained with brown what looks to garbage juice, I had them in December and it's now July and the stains that were there in December are still there and untouched or cleaned and worse than they were now in July. Please do not risk your life, health or sanitation by even entering these vehicles, please report them to not only MART but MASS Health or your health insurance and the D.O.T because they require a 7D license to even operate these vehicles. if I cost give sub-zero or negative stars I would. In the video I share a screen recording of him going 80Mph in a 55mph zone while there was a passenger in the rear unbuckled crawling on the floor to get her take home methadone bottle that fell out of her open medication lock box safe under another seat. Today, I used Donahue Limo service for a medical appointment. The pickup time gave plenty of time to get to the appointment, and because I finished the appointment an hour and a half early, I called the company to see if I could get an earlier pickup. The dispatcher didn't have a problem with sending the car earlier, so he showed up 20 minutes later. All around, the company is friendly and accommodating, and I would be happy to use them again. read more

Drives way too slow and unsafe. Must be drunk even. I don't feel safe riding in this car.

Most of these reviews aren't from people who actually have used the service, they are from people who have encountered the drivers out on the road. As someone who gets picked up by them I've only had one issue, one of the drivers is this woman who is extremely rude. She's only been my driver twice but the two times I had her she told me that I smelled (granted some people don't like certain perfumes and have very sensitive noses) but I've worked in customer service and you don't just say things like that to a customer. All I could smell in the van anyway was strong old lady perfume. The other drivers have said she has a bad attitude too. But other than that I've never had issues with them. They have never picked me up too late or kept me waiting. read more

I'll look forward to a day when Yelp has a "A-Hole" Rating - and not stars. That's what this person deserves. Like other reviewers here, he came right behind me on 495 to tailgate me and (i'm on the far right doing the speed limit) and then goes around me and cuts off a truck to get off the off ramp. He was in a white Dodge Caravan where the brake light is not even functioning. Think twice before you get a ride from this guy. read more

Donahue livery service is a joke they passed us on a double yellow line doing 60 mph on Benson Street in Fitchburg because their clients we're gonna be late for group at the methadone clinic they put everyone's lives at risk including ours the people they passed and then we go to confront them any pills off out of there they need to be shut down! read more

I've had to use Donahue Limousine Service based out of Leominster, MA. They handle some of the contracted medical transportation. Many times I've had to wait an hour for them to show up, and then sit in the vehicle because there was another pick up later that afternoon. The owner of the company doesn't want to make multiple trips back to town, when the appointment pickup is 90 minutes apart. No other transportation does this around me. The owner just expects the clients to wait and wait and get home 90 minutes late. read more
