Last night was just another example of their excellence. Our vacation was over, but our airline decided to unexpectedly give us 6 more hours in Puerto Rico. Our flight, which was scheduled to land at roughly 8:50pm, did not arrive into Logan until 2:30am. Our driver Mark was front row in the limo lot waiting on us. They were very responsive when I requested a quote, and even months later when my husband decided he also wanted to book a limo the staff was very easy to work with. They even suggested that he modify my original booking, instead of booking an entirely separate limo ride, to save money. On the day of, JoAnne was right on time to pick the bridesmaids up for the first trip to the venue, and I got a text message with the license plate and a photo of the driver to tell me that she had arrived which was very helpful. They let us connect our own phones for music on the way to the destination, which was exactly what I needed to calm my nerves! And we were able to safely bring my dress, 8 dozen (!) cupcakes for the wedding, and all the flowers without any issue and plenty of room to spare on the Mini Coach.

Communication from management completely stopped. From what I observed while working with them, this appears to be a very small operation, and service reliability was often an issue. Vehicles were frequently unavailable or experiencing mechanical problems, and there did not appear to be a dedicated fleet. Because of the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to pay for services rendered, I would not recommend this company to customers or contractors.
