    Had my doors recovered on my Maserati. Amazing job and very affordable. Was done in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend

    Zero stars PLEASE DO NOT use this mechanic !! Larry came…read moreout to repair my son's VW Jetta. Initially, seemed like he did as he said because car was back running. However .... he charged near $750 to replace fuel pump & 02 sensor but refused to provide an invoice of any kind, receipt for parts or record of a diagnostic report we paid $50 for ,that fee was to go toward repair, but he never applied the fee to repair! Worst of all is .. this "new" fuel pump failed just a few months later! If it was actually replaced it would be under warranty. I reached out to him & recently (finally!) he provided some Amazon receipt ( with parts totaling $92 / he charged me almost $300 for ) BUT those parts do NOT match as a fit for my son's year and model Jetta .... nor does that "Amazon" misfit match up as the fuel pump that was just removed & replaced ( w legit receipts proof of w old part physically removed & new parts with receipts ).. this was done by another legit mechanic !!! Larry stated once he received wrong fitting fuel pump initially, but could not provide receipt for the correct parts being ordered/ received. ??? Asking a mechanic to provide an invoice & receipt was is reasonable & an expected request !! Larry acted like I was crazy & disrespectful to even ask ! Like what ???? We had problems over past few months , like mentioned above fuel pump then recently completely failed . Turns out after a proper licensed mechanic did real diagnostics they determined neither part we paid was ever actually EVER replaced ! He simply used relay to get failing pump to function short term ! Our latest legit mechanic can testify he recently removed ORIGINAL pump. We have now replaced both parts . Larry did not ,but charged us for these parts and labor. He also seems he caused more issues by messing with rigging relay ! Idk , but in a nutshell, Larry stopped replying to me , refused to provide receipts for any such fitting parts / warranties , diagnostic report ... just plain refused to provide any type of invoice or attempt to do anything to make this right at all. I gave him numerous chances to provide receipts & come out & rectify /repair. He stopped responding. I have reported him to BBB. Please don't let this happen to you!! It's costing us more money, time & headache :-0 Just another FYI, according to our legit mechanic Larry also overcharged for us what he didn't even do. Unbelievable !!

    Pandemic life has really put me out of touch with my car and being in it as a daily habit. In any…read morecase, I finally figured out I had been driving with one headlight (for who knows how long). After some youtubing and removing the bulb from the light housing, I made my way over to AutoZone (it also happened to be Christmas Eve - so I wanted to make it there before they closed early. Luckily they had their holiday hours posted on their website. Got in, found the bulb/lighting aisle easily and made my choice. The store wasn't that busy so it was easy to social distance. All staff and customers were properly wearing masks. The staffer who checked me out recommended this bulb grease to make my connection to the new bulb better. I could have said no, but I'm an automotive novice - it couldn't hurt anyway and it was like a dollar and some change. I can't imagine Autozone making loads of money with trying to push bulb grease, but after reading about it, it does help with making the bulb more effective and have a better connection - so kudos AZ! Thanks for lookin' out. I was in and out of the store in about 5 min. I did see another associate helping another customer get new windshield wipers on his car - even though there is a "NO WORKING ON YOUR CAR IN THE PARKING LOT" policy indicated in the signage around the lot. I probably don't have the whole story (the customer may have tried at home and was unsuccessful) so I'm not going to pass judgement. Overall, I would come to this AZ again if I needed a part or something for my car. It is a little weird to get to due to the light rail, but depending on which direction you are coming from, a u-turn will get your there regardless.

    TAKE Note: If you buy car parts and your spouse has to return them, you have to use the same debit…read morecard it was purchased with. even with my receipt. This is the first time I have experienced this. We have the same bank account. They said it's an auto zone policy. Making things difficult for their customers to return things. It makes so sense to make returning a brand new, unopened, receipt in hand this hard to return an item. Not happy at all!
