So, the other day I got a speeding ticket.... My personal opinion is that the State uses the I-5 corridor as their own personal ATM machine and that the speeding enforcement is less about protecting the traveling public than it is about making money. But I digress, I'll get off my soapbox and get to the point. I did a little internet research and decided that I'd give Lisa Donaldson a call. She had great reviews and seemed like she'd get the job done with a minimal amount of fuss or headache. I filled out a short form explaining the circumstances of the ticket, emailed her office a copy of the ticket, and sent my copy in to the state, disputing the ticket.
