Ken is a complete waste of money! He will work for the interest of the police, judges, and prosecutors while he takes money from you... Don't make the same mistake I did, this guy's legal representation is beyond amateur as he couldn't even get my case dismissed due to the judge and judge protem not having a proper oath of office and appointment recorded ;)... If you want to pay to lose hire this guy, I had to learn the hard way on this one. He did some of the most corrupt things during my case (ex. going back and reversing my previous not guilty plea I had submitted before he was even hired, and then threatened to quit my case unless I took a guilty plea (after the judge (without an oath) had already convicted and sentenced me without a trial on a Saturday when the court wasn't even open - which is completely and utterly illegal - I can see now why judge Portnoy wants to hurry up and retire in Dec 2021). I personally don't believe that Ken cared if I (an African American male who has had a Neurological condition for the last 33 years) received any type of justice , he seemed more worried about evading a trial so that the court and police (in the City of Lake Forest Park, WA) could avoid being put on public record for their crimes perpetrated against me (which have caused me a great deal of harm)... It is quite sad that some alleged public servants feel the need to commit multiple felonies against someone in order to falsely charge them with a misdemeanor, the people involved in my case know who they are and should take a long look in the mirror and realize that they are the real traitors and criminals that society warns us about! (So go ahead and hide behind your badges of dishonor, your black robes of deception, and your corrupt and foreign WSBA, at the end of the day your only lying to yourself and living in a STATE OF DENIAL). Note: As an alleged law enforcement official you cannot properly enforce the law when your breaking it worse than your alleged criminals, some people just don't understand the most simplest of concepts! The alleged Justice System here in WA is full of HYPOCRITES. UPDATE: The City of Lake Forest Park's insurance company (Washington Cities Insurance Authority) is just as kangaroo as LFP's police and court, they have refused to give me any factual reasons for the denial of my claim against the City, they just told me it was denied and indicated that they were ceasing further communication. Apparently Mr Tsiprin belives a traffic ticket is a hard thing to beat. I hired him in January of 2012 and it took him 5 months to bring my traffic ticket to trial. He decided to plea bargain my case and cost me an additional $200 dollars in fees. I paid him almost $200 to beat my case and he is nothing but full of excuses. If you hire anyone for a speeding ticket do not hire this guy. He made no effort to try and even beat my case-whats the use in hiring a lawyer like him when you can go out and beat a case yourself-without having a $200 dollar fee added for absolutely NOTHING.
