I am looking for help in finding the correct type of attorney in order to get legal advice, even at my expense of course, when reading through the reviews I was so impressed with this law firm however I'm sure that they will not be able to help me out as I have a very very odd case where my insurance paid out or is paying out a claim under my policy when I was only a witness. The police report put her 100% at fault along with her insurance. Unfortunately we both have progressive and low limits so they decided to throw me under the bus as it was cheaper to do that for them then to do the legal right thing and investigate it with video and it doesn't make sense but paid out under my policy. My car wasn't even involved in the wreck. I was not even involved in the accident it was a one car accident anyhow when I read through Ray's review it made me sad for Ray, but it made me sadder for this law firm. When I was injured 15 years ago it took my little case four years to settle, and if this was during Covid my goodness. I only wish I could have an attorney call me even from a car, and if a Boeing 747 flu by I would wave at it. I would have been happy to even get help from an attorney to give legal advice and with all of their advertising, the video I watched, this is so far a great attorneys office, I only wished I could utilize them. I'm not sure how this Law firm keeps getting 5 star reviews? My lawyer was Timothy Ray. He would only Call me at 4:00 p.m. or later. He would also call from inside his car which sounded like a jet airplane engine. I had to pay to ship my own medical records to their Seattle location it cost $31.00. I was told the cost was too much for them to do. They never asked how many times I went to the chiropractor. How many times I want to massage therapist. How many times I had acupuncture and how many visits I had to physical therapy. I was ignored for roughly 30 hours and 3 text messages. After completing my attorney's request of getting my medical records to him in an expedit it manner. Which took an hour as I had to stand in A-line 25 people deep and a 6' separation between. He had an excuse why he couldn't respond to me after they had received that package. He had other excuses as well. He had other cases that took up so much of his time that he couldn't even send a text to me of acknowlegement. I finally got a response when I threatened to fire them. It was all excuses, there was no acceptance of negligence or knowledge for my case or how to handle this current crisis and the client at the same time. I had to call the office in Seattle and wait on hold for roughly 6 minutes only to be told that my attorney was in a meeting. I expressed my frustration. I did not handle that very appropriately. I did apologize to her and I took responsibility for my actions. I believe that for a 33 1/3 % commission there should be more compassion, professionalism and diligence for my cause and health. I have since hired a new attorney. I hope this review gives you enough pause to consider. I don't have enough time to do my treatment, my documentation and my attorney's job. Ray read more
