I spent $140 on two tires only to find out a month and a half later that there was patches on the sidewalls of the tires and they were worthless. I called to get this resolved but they told me that they only have a 10 day return policy. That shouldn't matter when you're selling somebody a tire that is no good in the first place. How dare you sell tires with patched up holes in the side walls claiming that they are good tires. Reputable tire companies would never sell a tire like this. In an economy like this paying out 140$ for tires to only last a month and a few weeks, can be devastating to somebody's wallet.

Zero personality. Zero greetings. Zero customer service. I was told the car would be ready in 45 minutes. The car was not ready until 11:15. The final invoice was emailed to me & was incorrect. The prices were incorrect. The time in & time out stamp were fudged to make it seem like the process only took an hour when it really took 1 hour & 45 minutes. Very inefficient. Understaffed. Prices were good.

The person who answered the phone was rude and quoted me $150 just for the service call, plus an additional $1.14 per mile. Throughout the conversation, he gave the impression that he was not interested in taking the job. I even offered to meet him at a location that would be more convenient, but he dismissed the idea and told me that this is not what their business is about and that I should go to a tire shop instead. Based on this interaction, the level of customer service did not match the reputation reflected in the reviews.

Scott was the bomb!! I found him through Yelp, and he continually communicated with me until (and…read moreeven after) the job was done! I don't find communication through yelp very easy, so I just called and left a message after my initial yelp thing, and he got back to me right away. We worked on the options for the tire, I was stuck at a location (not a great situation as I had no free tow on my insurance), and he secured a new tire to match my blown out one and replaced it same day. I did nothing, he purchased the tire, balanced the tire, and had his man Richard drive to my location, change it, and dispose of the old tire, all for one good price. Richard was friendly, was prepared with his truck, and he even took video of the process. I didn't have to stand by the car or anything. Then I paid remotely. I don't know what I would have done without Scott and Richard. Struggle with putting on the donut and then losing time off work to drive around and find a shop? Or getting an expensive tow? Or being stuck at a hot, dirty shop for hours and hours while they skip over my small tire job and work on other people's cars with more profitable repairs? No thanks. On the way home I called The Tire Place to find they were open until 6pm. Traffic was bad but I reached them at a little after 5:30. Polite, efficient and fast, they took my keys and in less an 20 minutes from arrival they had fixed my tire and got me on the road before 6pm. But the best part, and always from these guys, they charge me $15! That is not a typo - FIFTEEN BUCKS. These guys are just the best and ALL my tire needs will always go to them. They do other automotive work as well and I will give them first shot in any auto work. Just a great place & fabulous customer service. Use them.
