He went right to work checking the whole system found the problem, a leak in the supply line from my well. Two hours and fifteen minutes later had water and could shower in my own house for the first time in fifteen days. Better than a new well which is what I was told or other really expensive repairs. He listens to what you tell him and with his knowledge and experience he is able to find the problem. It is better than waiting days for a fix. Call the professional when you need him.

The tank ended up failing, and within a week they had a full-house tankless system installed. It's now been six years and it's still running strong (House hold of 6) worth every penny. Since then, we've had a few other issues, including a pipe burst and some home warranty work. Even though those repairs weren't directly theirs, they still came out to inspect the work and make sure everything was done correctly. The same thing happened when a shower knob failed and was replaced through warranty. They still checked it to confirm it was installed properly.
