Undercooked pizza
Amy D.

What a disappointment. I wanted to love it but our pizza was just bad way under cooked and our sandwich was evern worse ordered double meat with no Italian dressing. The lady working was very nice. I am not even going to call to complain because we just won't go back.

Have spent a lot of money here over the years but never again. Be VERY CAREfUL if you order from Donato's in Lebanon. Check your receipts. This was our order placed online. Do the math. The order is overcharging us 34.97 in the total. My kids picked up the food I ordered and they paid via credit card. When they returned with the food there was extra food we did not order. After calling 25 times over the next hour and a half and finally getting a young girl on the phone, she said it's a glitch and on their end a larger order come through and and that it happens all the time. She said the manager George would call me tomorrow. Tomorrow came and George did not call. We called again and they said he would call back that day. He did not. He called this morning and said they would not be refunding our money which is CRAZY. Look at our order. We did not order the food. Usually would never post something like this online but George was so incredibly rude I am shocked. Not manager behavior in any way. P.S. the last time we picked up pizza at this location, they actually handed us an empty pizza box. No joke. No bad review. No hard time. We just said hey, this is an empty box and the. Kindly waited while they made another pizza. We have been patient with them but done with that now.

Red sauce tasted like ketchup. Wasn't hot. Not really even warm. Didn't seem like the pizza was cooked other than the bread. Cheese was barely melted. Coke machine was dirty, very few drink choices. First time and last time...

I had avoid experience here. After not being in Ohio and having Donatos for about 11 years, my return experience went well. Becky at the cash register was very kind and helpful. The veggie pizza has always been my favorite, we also ordered pepperoni. Loving that the toppings still reach out to the edges and the veggies are crisp and fresh. Inexpensive, clean, friendly staff, fresh toppings, good quality pizza! P.S. If you like a lot of crust this is not the place for you!

Don't care for their pizza. Crust always seems burnt.

Failed to deliver a complete order twice in a row. There are many pizza options in town, I'll go somewhere else from now on.

Dear Jersey Mike's,…read more Okay, listen--what are you doing bringing this sandwich back like it's some casual comeback tour? Why did it ever leave in the first place? Who gave it permission to disappear? I have questions. This is, without a doubt, my favorite sandwich on the JM menu. I got the Mini Chicken Salad Sandwich and it did not come to play. I'm talking rosemary parmesan bread, hot chopped pepper relish, and Mike's Way (minus the oil, because balance). That chicken salad? Creamy perfection. The celery crunch? Satisfying. The pepper relish? A spicy little wingman who knows when to hype up the main star without stealing the spotlight. Also, shout-out to the Lebanon store--they understand the assignment. Doesn't matter if it's dead quiet or a line out the door, I'm always greeted like I just returned from a months-long quest for the perfect sub (which I did, and I found it). The place is clean, the parking's easy, and the team is friendlier than my grandma's church group. In conclusion: this sandwich is elite. Never leave me again. Warm regards, Amy (Self-appointed Chicken Salad Sandwich Ambassador) P.S. If this sandwich disappears again, I will be forced to protest in the parking lot--holding a rosemary parmesan baguette like a microphone. Don't test me. just kidding

NOT a "d i v e bar" by any stretch of the imagination…read more This is a charming tavern with old school ambiance, sturdy wooden bar, tables, and chairs (not stools). The bar room has two little "snuggery" areas in the windows up front and we sat in one today when we came for brunch. Fifteen beers on tap. Great classic rock feed. Two additional dining rooms and a big outdoor seating area that actually looks comfortable. The regular menu of soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, wraps and mains looked really good, but it was 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, right after church, and Doc's serves up breakfast all day Sunday! Including a $7 Bloody with salt rim, lime wedge and three olives - as spicy as you want it. Loved. My husband had the breakfast bowl and was amazed at the quantity and quality of the food. The sliced fresh mushrooms were especially notable. For me, Chicken and Waffles is the very essence of Sunday Brunch, and I was quite pleased. Also a hearty serving, two big chicken cutlets and two thick waffles dusted with powdered sugar. I took half home and finished it for supper. Ask for the Sriracha Syrup on the side, and if you're not a Sriracha fan they will give you regular syrup on request. I got both! When we arrived there was just one other couple at the bar who had already ordered food, but over the next 30 minutes at least ten people in various groupings came in and some went to the dining room. There was just one gal, the bartendress, to wait on everyone and she did a great job keeping up with it all, even checking on us. I'm sorry I did not get her name, but it was Sunday March 8th and she deserves big shoutout. I recommend Doc's and plan to return. Get in here.

By this time it was almost 230 pm on a Saturday. Greg welcomed us and got us our drinks and we ordered the same cheeseburger with fries and aioli sauce for dipping. The only difference between our orders was my BFF wanted her burger to MOO and I wanted mine more med-well. They not only got the order right, we both got the cheeseburger we wanted. Cleaned out plates - we were starving! Prices were reasonable. Staff was awesome. Food was fantastic. Super happy we hit it up and would totally go back the next time I'm in town.

I'll just speak of the folks. and brisket because , if you know me, this should not surprise you…read more.. I've been following Historic BBQ on Yelp for a couple years and there's not been a 2nd review in six years? I followed Historic on Instagram in hopes they'd announce a day/time/place for me to come chat and brisket. I was a bit hesitant as his web page states that they are official bbq competitors and honestly, I'm not here for the show, I'm here for the flavor and texture. Finally got to talk to Tony(and his dad!) and as I'd expected, they are super friendly and we could talk about bbq for hours. Service was immediate and pickup took maybe two minutes even with me and all my questions. Tony and his dad were incredibly informative in the process and you can see how much they love to make people happy with their bbq. The trailer was parked right off Main St at a local beer house called the Common Beer Company. They mentioned they will be here on the 4th Sunday of every month so I know when and where I can find them. The brisket was absolutely delicious. That day we are brisket for dinner. Last night we used leftovers to make brisket/cheese quesadillas and again. Delicious. The meat is perfectly cooked; faultless bark, juicy and very flavorful. They mentioned as I walked up at around 2p and they had just sold their last few bones of the ribs so plan accordingly. I'll be back, I love supporting a local family.
