The tables were a little dirty and my side of the table we sat at was greasy or oily. As if it was only wiped down with a wet rag and no cleaning solution. I bring this up because I've worked in the restaurant industry and I had a very high standard for cleanliness and customer service. And even with just holding minimum expectations,... this was not ok. The place could use a touch up but, that's more of a preference and has nothing to do with the food or service. I called at 5:50 and was told it would be delivered in 36 to 46 minutes. I called back at 6:49 and got a recording saying they were backed up and busy and they would call back and let me know when the pizza was on the way. I called back at 7:11 and was told that the pizza had been delivered. And then I was told that I had not placed an order. And then I was told they were very busy and they were using doorDash to have the pizza delivered and they would send my pizza with them that had been sitting there for over an hour. I was not offered a discount or even an apology. I was told I was speaking to the manager, and his name was Dan They responded by saying they had not shown an order for my email. So I sent them a screenshot of the email verifying they received my order. The next day I received a voicemail from Hannah, another manager, asking me to call back. When I did finally get in touch with her, she told me that Dan had told her about our interaction the day after it happened. She blamed it on the DoorDash person and the girl that I talk to before talking to Dan.

Picture this...it's Christmas Day and not an open business for as far as the eye can see. But to…read morethe rescue comes Napoli's pizza to feed your hungry crew! It started Christmas Day 2006. We had just bought a new home and decided to literally move in on Christmas Day after the morning festivities with family. But alas, there was no groceries, no stores open, no cookware unpacked. We'll get takeout! But who could be open on this day? Well Napoli's was open! And they saved the day that Christmas, with their pizza and wings and sodas. A happy family we were that snowy Christmas Day! Years would pass and we would forget what Napoli's had done for our family that "Christmas Carol" Christmas. And then we would come back to their doorstep, just as we had done so many years ago. And it was marvelous just as we had remembered. Unfortunately, Napoli's could never compete among the many competitors in the Marietta area when the others were open. But they were there when the others were not.
