If you zoom in there's soap on the floor right underneath the dispenser bit isn't leaking but, the staff could clean it up. There's toilet paper all over the floor. The food tasted good but, I don't know if I should've eaten it because there were so many house flies flying around... I had to keep swatting them away. The tables were a little dirty and my side of the table we sat at was greasy or oily. As if it was only wiped down with a wet rag and no cleaning solution. I bring this up because I've worked in the restaurant industry and I had a very high standard for cleanliness and customer service. And even with just holding minimum expectations,... this was not ok. The place could use a touch up but, that's more of a preference and has nothing to do with the food or service. I called at 5:50 and was told it would be delivered in 36 to 46 minutes. I called back at 6:49 and got a recording saying they were backed up and busy and they would call back and let me know when the pizza was on the way. I called back at 7:11 and was told that the pizza had been delivered. And then I was told that I had not placed an order. And then I was told they were very busy and they were using doorDash to have the pizza delivered and they would send my pizza with them that had been sitting there for over an hour. I was not offered a discount or even an apology. I was told I was speaking to the manager, and his name was Dan They responded by saying they had not shown an order for my email. So I sent them a screenshot of the email verifying they received my order. The next day I received a voicemail from Hannah, another manager, asking me to call back. When I did finally get in touch with her, she told me that Dan had told her about our interaction the day after it happened. She blamed it on the DoorDash person and the girl that I talk to before talking to Dan.
