Heard a lot of good things about this place so we decided to order pick up. Called in to order at 6:15 and was told it would be ready at 6:50pm. I was excited to try this new place finally. My husband went inside to pay at 6:57pm thinking he would get our order right away. They took our payment and told us they were still working on the order. We ended up not getting our 1 pizza + cheese bread until 7:40pm. Instead of just refunding and giving our us order free (being that it was almost one hour past the time they told us it would be ready), they still wanted to charge us for it! Never again! read more

Tried this pizza delivery and it was faster than they estimated. They originally said it would take 60 min which was fine since it was Saturday on a lunch. They arrived within 30 mins with no issues. We got the serious pork pizza at the medium size and a chicken harvest salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Everything came out perfectly like pictured. Thin crust and they also have the options to have gluten free crust. The salad was full over meat more than I expected. I would for sure put this on my go to pizza place. read more

Never got to try the pizza....I ordered a pizza online and arrived to pick it up at the TIME THEY STATED it would be ready. The place was slammed. So I totally understood it not being ready by the time I arrived (Even though it was an hour after I had ordered). I waited 45 mins in the store, and saw people come in, be seated, place an order AND GET THEIR PIZZA and we were still waiting for our online order. It was not just us. When we finally inquired, they stated that our pizza was going in the oven now, and that 2 were already done. SO, I lost it. I don't want to wait for it to cook,etc. please refund me and I will be certain to give you an honest review on this experience. I hoped it would be better but I honestly cannot say. Ingredients taste fresh and delicious, good amount of cheese, and the herbs in the sauce and on the pizza make it stand out from others. Only took a star off because their famous thin crust tasted slightly undercooked, however that just may be the way theirs is vs what I prefer with a thin crust (crispier) pizza. Will have to try them again and order well done if it is indeed just how their crust is typically cooked. Once again, personal preference. So far I am not impressed...... we ordered our food around 6 and was told it would be an hour..... it's now 8:15 and still no food.... The food is really good..... When I called an hour and a half after the pizza was SUPPOSED TO arrive, I was told they were sending a voucher for a free 1 topping pizza...... they didn't send it. I ordered from them 3 more times since posting the above review because I wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves. All 3 times they forgot the ranch dressing...... this time it was even circled on the receipt! Was excited about going here due to the positive reviews. The place has a cool decor but doesn't sell beer. Ordered 2 medium pizzas (chicken/spinach and all meat) and 3 drinks. Order came to about $35 which I thought was quite high. The tomato sauce on the meat pizza was flavorless and the dough seemed like it was frozen and not made fresh. The chicken pizza was better but not great for this price. Do yourself a favor. If you want a good sit down pizza go to Mellow Mushroom or Lucas. This place ain't it. read more

I had Donatos in Columbus and remember it to be pretty good. Went to the new store here in the Bork a week or so. The pizza was good as I remember. The wings came out rubbery and over juicy even though I ordered them extra crispy. There was a customer who came in who was mad because he had been waiting to get his Pizza for like 40 or 45 minutes. Ours didn't take that long. Today I called at 6:25 to order a pick up and they said 50 minutes for one pizza. Way too long. They gotta crank out those pizzas quicker than that or they are gonna lose lots of business. I'm down the road at a competitor picking up my pizza already. read more

Here's how our carry out experience went: My husband got the works, hand tossed and absolutely loved it so I decided to be generous with 3 stars. We got the jalapeños app to share . They were tasty but the ranch dip that they were supposed to be served with wasn't there. I got the gluten free Margherita pizza. TOTAL disaapointment! No sauce, no balsalmoc drizzle. The day before Thanksgiving my work ordered pizza and salad from this place for all of us in the office. For late notice the restaurant was still on top of it and got our salad and pizza to us within a decent time. I had the salad with tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and some other veggies. This salad was fantastic! Especially for a pizza place but it was better than most places close by where you can get similar salads. When it came to the pizza there was a huge variety. I had cheese, taco salad, Spicy chicken and Nashville hot chicken pizza. I loved all and just liked the cheese one but as far a pizza places go I'd say this is my new favorite for local places. Finally tried this place today. Wrong decision. I ordered a salad, stuffed jalapeños, pepperoni pizza, hot chicken pizza, and cinnamon breadsticks. Only gave 2 stars because of the salad. It wasn't bad. The jalapeños were bland and basic. Not bad but not good either. The pizza was the worst part. Absolutely no flavor, even the hot chicken. If it weren't for the pickles I would have thought I had just stuffed cardboard into my mouth. The pepperoni pizza had zero flavor and was extremely dry. Thank goodness I had the ranch dressing from the jalapeños to dip the pizza in. The cinnamon breadsticks would have been good if they had not been burnt. It might have just been the day and the staff on shift. I would have preferred a frozen thin crust Digorno to this pizza today...and any day for that matter. read more

This has to be the worst experience I've every had at Donatos. First off when I arrived to pick up my order no one was around, secondly I did not receive my complete order after asking to make sure it was all there. Once home I was missing an order of hot wings, of which where absolutely inedible and burnt and smelled as such. Also I ordered a calzone which was burnt on bottom and under cooked on top and portions of it the cheese was not even melted and I didn't receive the pizza sauce to dip it in as if I were going to eat it. I tried to call before returning for my missing portions of my order but I tried 4 times and got hung up on every time. Once I got back for the second time to get what was missing I noticed that the wings were just sitting on the counter in back and I just knew they would be cold upon reaching my home and sure enough ice cold and burnt to a crisp. So needless to say I threw the calzone and wings in the trash. And the subs I ordered had none of the requested condiments on them completely dry. So out of $31 dollars of NASTY food my family ate part of 2 subs and a few slices of a personal pan. This has to be the worst experience I've ever experienced at a Donatos or any other restaurant, and I could have gone to Publix and gotten better frozen food. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! read more

Wings were just ok... pizza had a very bizarre taste (normal stuff on it like pepperoni and sausage) but it was way overpriced - $48 before tip. Yikes. I went to this early on a Friday. The only reason I went here is because they sent me a coupon for a free medium one-topping pizza. I attempted to use the 'online only pickup or dine in only' coupon, and the attendant at the front desk blankly stared at me as she told me that it was online only without offering any assistance. I then ordered online and sat in the store. The order said it would be ready at 6:02pm. At 6:20pm I was still without a pizza, and after inquiring about a waiting number or what to do by the same attendant at the front desk she did nothing but attempt to get me a manager (after I already spoke to her and the attendant didn't even get the manager she just stared and said 'I'll find her').
