I turned to Yelp, and found Mountain Top. Mark was able to fit me in within a day and a half and he confirmed that he would wear a mask while working on the appliance. He and another gentleman came, were quick but thorough, explained the issue, and even did a final diagnosis for me to provide my home warranty company. Although I paid out-of-pocket for the service rather than going with someone in-network, the total price was reasonable and I was happy to have someone be able to tell me right then and there what the issue was and what to do if it happened again. I hope we don't have any other appliances kick the bucket anytime soon, but I'd call these guys before anyone else.

Even though it was closing time he really took his time walking us around and discussing options. He showed us some options in the back that were available. He also was honest and patient as we asked questions. We decided on two machines (washer and dryer) with delivery ($50 for delivery and each machine was around $200). Overall worth it for the ease, attention and peace of mind. They were a bit backed up with deliveries but got us in the next week. They were flexible ish with when the delivery could be which helped my work from home situation out. The delivery men were incredibly sweet, efficient and professional. They communicated well and did an awesome job even staying to make sure everything worked. The machines are great and they assured us we could call with any problems. Highly recommend this option if you need appliances that are used but quality (they also have other things gs such as fridges and microwaves).

A couple of years ago my Electrolux (which I had purchased from a different dealer, 20 years earlier) started to have problems. Jarred and I discussed the issues that were worth fixing and the ones that would have to wait. He was able to replace a part that was costly and difficult to find, with a very good substitute. Recently, that particular machine burned out the motor and it was time to replace it. Jarred asked some good questions about how I use my vacuum (floors, pet hair, dusting, etc) and made some recommendations for a new vacuum. There was no pressure to buy more machine than I needed. I purchased a Sebo from the Vacuum Center because Jarred has confidence in the manufacturer and he is able to service it, if needed. I am very satisfied with my new vacuum.
